Fantastic Vacation Home

This spacious house was great for our family vacation. It was well stocked with towels and linens and kitchen utensils. It was clean and only showed minor wear and tear. The pool and spa were great for relaxing and playing with the kids. We are looking forward to staying in this home again.

Family Trip

My Kids Really Enjoyed The House. Some Upgrades Can Be Done. The Area Is Really Busy So Sometimes The Line To Get In The Community Is 5 Miles Long. Overall we will be book again.

Great stay

The property is beautiful. The only thing is i didnt know that the spa heating would jave to be paid for before entering the property for it to work..also there wasn't enough trash bags had to wait almost til the last day to get more.

We Love Florida

The house was very nice we could have used more personal towels and the carpet could have been cleaner. We all didnt have no reception what so ever even with logging on to wifi. But other that than this house was very nice great neighborhood. Perfect for my family

Overall Great Home!

The home was beautiful and very spacious! It was perfect for my family’s stay. The check in process was a little of a struggle. I received my check in code a few days before my trip, but then received and email with an updated code a few hours before my check in. Once I got to the home, my code didn’t work. I was able to find the hotline number to get assistance, which took a total of 5 minutes(not bad). My only other issue occurred when my family and I noticed someone in the locked pool area of the house. We approached them to find out why they were there (to check the pool) and all was well. I would have appreciated any type of communication around someone just showing up and letting themselves in for safety reasons. Other than that, our stay was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floors were not swept and there were ants all over the main floor including dining room table. Dirty on the curtains leading to the back yard. Pool and surrounding had trash laying around as well as out front of house had trash laying around. Foot print on the wall in one of the upstairs bathroom.

Wonderful for a Family Vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was very good! It accommodated my family very well. My family enjoyed the themed rooms. The couches could use sanitizing. A few of the kids got rashes from the built up debris. I would recommend maybe leaving a trash schedule for people who are from out of state, also the cleaning was done ok. The cleaners could do an extra wipe down in the bathroom as we found a tone of hair in a few of the shower rooms. Overall I would recommend and stay again in the future.

Spring Break

Several of my friends got together for spring break and choose to stay at a Casiola home. Overall the home was great! However, something to note is the cost to heated the "pool" is necessary if you would like to use the hot tub. My group and I (a total of 12 people) may have read the fine print incorrectly or missunderstood, but even after we realized the misunderstanding we had issues contacting someone to turn the hot tub on. They had said that the hot tub should have been on and might have been broken and that they would send someone out within 24 hours. No one showed up for the rest of the stay to fix the hot tub which was weird because we had contacted them fairly early on. However, the hot tub gets hot, and was amazing the hour or so we were able to use it! In the future, we plan on ensuring the hot tub will be on and WORKING before we arrive!

Perfect Stay to Bring in the New Year with Family

This home was perfect for our family to celebrate the new year. It was clean, neat, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Upon arrival, we noticed that the lock on the patio door was broken. I contacted the management company and they sent someone out right away to fix it. No complaints. Thank you for being a wonderful host. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our family vacation in this home! Home was set up wonderful for our large family of 10! Everyone had space to space out and be together. Game room was used everyday! You do need to bring batteries for remotes. We used hot tub daily! Trick is to pay for heat and run jets for 20 mins prior to getting in. Our dishwasher was broke and in useable however management team sent someone on Xmas eve to fix but it needed a part. Every bath has basic travel size soap, shampoo so you will need your own as described in homes literature. The resort is very nice. Pool resort is perfect for kids and families. Great work our room. Gated community that checks your status on entry. Quiet neighborhood and friendly. Casiola was very easy to work with and communication was excellent. Thank you for our wonderful stay.
