I would have to say this was one of the most disappointing stays we have had at a property. We travel as a large group every year and stayed at this same resort the prior year. The property and resort quality have diminished considerably.On this stay we had numerous issues. First, there were multiple rooms upstairs with large black and red ants and other bugs, including the large bunk bed room, theater, and one of the king bed rooms. This scared all of the kids who refused to stay in those rooms and did not use the theater at all as a result. We called the management and they sent someone out the following morning and found a large anthill outside however the ants were still in the rooms for the entire stay. We were just told that it takes time... great, but we are only there for 3 days so 3 rooms including the theater were useless.Second, we paid for pool heating and the pool heater and spa did not work correctly. The property claims that the pool was heated correctly but it was cold and the kids did not use the pool even one time after spending every day in the pool the prior year. On top of that the spa was not functioning correctly and when the jets turned on the spa would empty so the jets could not be used, on top of the fact that the "heat" was only up to 71 degrees, during the day, with the sun out.The management credited only 1/2 of one day for all of the issues which was woefully insufficient. We do not recommend this place.
