This was the worst experience that any family could possibly have for a vacation. The keypad was broken the whole time and we could not secure our belongings. Someone had to stay back at all times to lock the door which made us miss many family outings.The house was not clean, the carpet was dirty, dead gnats were in the bathroom sink, the kitchen floor was sticky, and the bathrooms have a foul odor. The host was contacted about the issues and never responded. The keypad was fixed after two days, as a work order was submitted on the first day we arrived. It worked for only one day, as we were unable to secure the door when leaving the property.
