February vacation

The house if great with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. We loved walking down to the resort pool. The service was great and everything was so clean. It was also great having the private pool and hot tub at the house. Paying for heat in the pool was well worth it. Sukh is a great host and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I would definitely recommend this property.

Orlando Xmas Trip

Amazing Stay in Champions Gate!We had an incredible two-week stay at this villa in Champions Gate! The host, Sukh, was exceptional—always available to help or offer advice. He even added a Christmas tree for us, making our holiday extra special.The villa was perfect for our family. The hot tub was a highlight; it heated to the ideal temperature within 45 minutes, and the kids absolutely loved it. The house itself was spacious and well-equipped, with 9 TVs—perfect for unwinding after long days at the Disney parks.The location couldn’t have been better. It’s about a 30-minute drive to the Disney parks and only 5 minutes from Publix (a high-quality grocery store) and Starbucks, which made our mornings so convenient.This was truly the ideal holiday home, and we can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit to Orlando. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay for our Disney trip

House was clean, and big enough for our family during our Disney trip. It was so nice to come back to the house after a long day and everyone had their own room and bathroom. Kids loved the pool. Easy drive to the parks.

Family Thanksgiving at Universal

The home was lovely and the amenities are outstanding! The kids loved the water slides and the pool at the clubhouse. I loved the open concept living area, the full size washer and dryer and the hot tub. We had a great time!

Wonderful vacation home!

This home is a beautiful, clean, and convenient choice, the pictures don’t do it justice! Communication with Sukh was so great and put my mind at ease that everything was going to be run smoothly. Unbelievably AWESOME!!

We were impressed by the property as listed on VRBO. Our family arrived the next day and they were blown away upon entering this beautiful and spacious home. My grandchildren loved loved loved the house. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Publix is right around the corner. Walmart and Aldi are about 10-15 minutes away. Worth the drive due to pricing. The resort amenities were awesome. We all loved the pools, splash pads and water slides. There is food, drinks and snacks available. The bartender Andrew is wonderful. They have craft activities for the kids on weekends. Bring your swim rings and pool toys. The adult kids loved the fitness area. Close to Disney and Universal. Universal 22miles, Magic Kingdom 15miles, Epcot 14miles, Animal Kingdom 12miles and Hollywood Studios 14miles. Drive to and from the parks didn’t feel like it took long. Appreciated Sukh’s prompt attention to our every need. He is very kind and concerned about his renter’s. Can’t wait to come back. Would highly recommend this house. You’ll love it!!

Ahhh-mazing

The moment we arrived the kids were in awe of how nice the property looked, the water park was actually walking distance as listed. Best experience no lines waiting to get on slides, plenty of pool space, and bar- yes! The house had more than enough space to accommodate my family of 5, clean and the host,Sukh,was always available when needed. Overall 10 out 10. Definitely returning!

Great Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting Universal Studios and Discovery Cove. Communication with Sukh was excellent from beginning to end. The home is spotless, spacious and lovely. AMAZING PLACE

As advertised in the pictures, very modern house . Very clean , the host is amazing anything questions we had , they got back to us asap . Easy check in at the gate ,could not ask for a better vaction house . There was 7 of us and there was more then enough room the house is very big. The pool in back yard we all loved with tv outside, we spent all our time out there . Will Recommend for everyone to book here .

Family vacation

Our stay in this home was wonderful. Couldn't ask for anything better. The house is beautiful and is everything that is pictured on the website. The owner is very easy to talk to and very helpful. Definitely will be back!!!!

Communication from the beginning with the owner was stellar. This home was definitely more than 5 stars. The property location was great as well close to the parks, shopping and resultants. The water park and pool inside of the community was also clean and awesome for the entire family. We had 8 people staying in the home and it still had plenty of room for more if we wanted or needed. The game room was also a plus the kids and adults enjoyed it. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back. HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS PROPERTY!!!

Awesome stay!

The house is prettier and bigger than what we expected. It had everything a big family needs for a vacation stay. Parks are close and there are a lot of things to do in the complex and around it. I could not praise Sukh enough for how much he cared. He was very responsive when we had questions and was sure to check that everything was fine at the start and end of our stay. I have only good things to say about our stay and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! We will certainly stay again!

Family Vacation

Sukh was an amazing host. He was always so quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time with a family of 10. The kitchen was great and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Loved the open concept and high ceiling. The kids loved the game room. The pool was everyone favorite place in the house. Practically Perfect!

This home could not have been more perfect for our family vacation. There were eight of us and, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, everyone was comfortable and had privacy when they needed it. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner occasionally and found the kitchen to be well-stocked with all the pans and silverware we could possibly need. The washer and dryer was a godsend for when we inevitably got soaked while at the theme parks. :D The commute to Disney varies based on time of day and the I-4 highway is always on the slow side. Expect 30-45 minutes each way, unless you are leaving very early or returning very late. We didn’t mind this commute as it allowed us to stay in a safe, gated community where we slept quietly at night. (Full disclosure: we did have to call the police to complain about noise when one nearby house partied well into the night, but it was handled quickly and remained quiet the next night.) The swimming pool was a lovely respite from the Florida heat. If it’s summertime, you can skip the up-charge for heat—the water is perfect without it. There are two Publix grocery stores nearby, a handful of restaurants, a pharmacy, an urgent care—you could not ask for a better situation for an extended stay. Last but not least, Sukh was an amazing host, who was very communicative and attended quickly to our questions and needs. Polite and responsive, warm and humorous. A perfect host. We can’t wait to return to his home in the future!

Great Family getaway!!

Not only was the house impressive (pictures do not do it justice) and beautifully decorated but it was clean and extremely roomy. Pool was clean and warm. Plenty of table settings and silverware. When the kids weren’t in the pool they were in the game room or the nice bonus room upstairs. Thank goodness for that! The morning “clean up” before checkout was great. We have stayed places that that had us essentially clean for them upon check out. This property made everything easy to get back on the road to head home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet at night and the neighbors were friendly as well as the gate staff but no one was as friendly as Sukh the owner. He was attentive and very personable. We would definitely rent from him again.

Wonderful house!

We had a great stay. The house is in a gated community in a nice neighborhood and the check-in process was seamless. The house is new, very well kept and maintained. It had all the proper amenities down to everything needed for families traveling with kids (pack & play, high chair, kid cups, plates silverware) and literally a smart TV in every room, including the outdoor area with the heated pool and spa. I will recommend this to family & friends and will definitely be staying there again.
