Very competitively priced for a home of this standard, this superbly appointed home offers tremendous value for money providing, as it does, fantastic resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, located just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.

Disney Magic is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom second floor condo in block number 8 of Windsor Hills, which places it in the heart of the action, right next to the main pool, water park and clubhouse. 

Another great thing about this location though is that not only do you enjoy a partial lake view from your balcony, you are just far enough away from the bulk of the noise at the water park too so that you can just relax and enjoy the surroundings.

This floor plan is quite compact here, but still offers almost 1100 sq ft of living area to enjoy which gives you plenty of room to relax inside the home too, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic!

Located less than a 1 minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, complete with the afore mentioned water park, one of the main features here in Windsor Hills, the resort also offers a full size gym, tennis and basketball courts, a small putting area and several play areas for children. As you might expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped too.

A little more room is always a good thing for a family on vacation, but Disney Magic still has a relaxing feel to it, which probably comes from having 2 full size bedroom, a full kitchen, plenty of living and dining space, and 2 full bedrooms.

Disney Magic sleeps 4 people comfortably, and this is where the extra living space really does come into play. The bedrooms consist of one King size bedrooms which has full en-suite facilities, and one Queen size bedroom, which has a second full bathroom right next door. This is a quite unique bed configuration, and one which will surely appeal to 2 couples perhaps traveling together.

A Disney themed bedroom is bound to be a hit with the kids too, but that is just a part of where the magic comes from here. The whole condo, given the space, the location, the ambience, really does make you feel like you are on vacation from the moment you arrive here, and memories are there for the making. 

Getting back to the business of planning your stay, we should also point out at this time that all towels and linens are provided, as are all cups, saucers, pots and pans etc, another great feature offered in your home from home.

As mentioned Disney Magic also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and a dining area, and a laundry room too with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large 55" flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available.

The master bedroom also has cable TV, and please note that the condo also offers high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all guests. Incidentally, high speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool and water slides.

After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal all on offer, as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With the dining area providing seating for 4, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal if you wish.

A patio door from the living area leads onto a small balcony furnished with a table and chairs, which faces South West and sees the sun until late in the evening, as well as a relaxing view of the lake in the resort. It is a great place to just sit and relax and perhaps plan your next magical adventure after dinner.

The tasteful furnishings, the amount of thought that has gone into preparing the home, and the themed bedroom that kids of all ages will really love, all combine to make this lovely condo an ideal choice for your next vacation.

Windsor Hills Resort

Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.

Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.

There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. It’s literally a five minute walk away. Legends course at Orange Lake (5 minute drive) and the beautiful course at Celebration (15 minute drive) are also nearby.

Early check in and late check out may be available for an additional fee if the home allows. Please ask for further details.

* We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.

* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 3-5 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, directions, and internet password for the property.

* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
