OUR VIEW OF MICKEYS FLORIDIAN

The property is ideally located for a Disney- centric holiday. The house was very clean & all the particulars were accurate. Our interactions with the owners & their staff during our stay were excellent & their customer care standards do them huge credit. In all our years of renting villas in Orlando & other places in the USA we have never seen a pool man visit every day, this is an illustration of the standards the owners set. Our family had a fabulous holiday & all the things referred to above hugely contributed to that.

Wonderful villa

My family stayed for 2 weeks in this wonderful villa. The hosts were brilliant, i had a few questions prior to visiting, the responses were always within 10 minutes. The villa is very clean and spacious. I have nothing negative to say about the stay. My family had visited Florida from the UK many times and this was the nicest villa I have stayed in. Location is also excellent, on average it took around 10 mins to reach the Disney parks each morning via car.

Niece’s 7th birthday

Our family flew in from AZ and MI. We had an amazing time and the place was perfect. My mother even sent pictures and info to her sisters so they could plan the same trip with their grandkids. We definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a Disney getaway with the family!

Lovely Florida Vacation

This is the first time we have stayed at an Aunger Property and we had an amazing time! Communication with the owners was great from the start and the check in process was very smooth. The villa itself was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need providing a home away from home. Formosa Gardens is a great location close to many restaurants, a large Walmart and a short drive to Disney. We travelled with our two toddlers and the villa was fully catered for children with children’s cutlery, plates, high chairs, strollers and a travel crib. Our two children had a great time (particularly in the pool!) and we will definitely be returning. Thank you Charles and Joanne!

The Perfect Home for our Family Vacation!

Our family of eight stayed here for nearly 2 weeks. The location was perfect–close to Disney, ESPN Sports Complex, restaurants, grocery stores. It was a nice surprise to find cold water & soda in the refrigerator when we arrived. Unlike many of the other homes considered, this home had a supply of dishwasher soap, trash bags & laundry soap. If we had needed to purchase these items, we would have been packing much to take home since you can't buy in a quantity for a two-week stay. The floorplan of the house is great as there is more than one way to get into the kitchen, more than one way to go to the backyard. There is a bathroom accessible directly from the backyard. The house was immaculate. All the beds were really comfortable. The keyless entry was certainly a helpful feature so we did have to worry about who had the key. Our home is in Colorado – a MUCH drier climate than Florida. The pool offered much-needed relief from Florida’s heat. It was clean and well-maintained. When looking for a home for our Florida stay, it was not easy to find a home that offered enough outdoor table seating for our group. This house did which was perfect for us since we ate most meals outside. Another feature that we really enjoyed was the hot tub. Many of the homes I found had a “spa” connected to the pool. However, this was the only house I found that offered the option of heating the water so it was a hot tub rather than just bubbling cool water. Initially I did not think we would have much use for this pool since the weather was so warm, but later in the evening we all found it to be a real treat. Another advantage to this home is the privacy offered in the backyard. We could not see our neighbors; they could not see us. Communication with the owner was great-really nice and a pleasure to talk with. They have an app for your phone that provides more information about the home and the area than we have ever received for a rental. I would highly recommend this home. I understand the owners have other homes in the area. If this one does not meet your needs, you should consider one of their other homes (Aunger Vacation Homes) as they were really easy to work with in making our arrangements and great communicators from the time the reservation was made until the final email after our departure.

Disneyworld Trip

This was our first Vrbo stay and we had a wonderful experience with Charles and this property. We stayed in the Orlando area for one week to visit Disneyworld, and this property was just a convenient 10-15 minute drive away from all of the Disney parks. It was also extremely close to Walmart and Target for us to stock up on groceries. The home had had all the cooking/kitchen amenities we needed to prepare breakfast and our meals, and it was lovely to have a pool and spa to rest our tired feet at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience here on this property! The home was very spacious, clean and well equipped! We’ve been renting in Formosa for over 10 years and this was our first time staying here. The owners, Charles & Joanne are exceptional hosts by comparison. Very friendly and checked in with us via email, often. This was also the first home we rented where the owners provided a few water bottles, soda cans, pool toys, dishwasher tablets, a hand soap, laundry tablets, a roll of paper towels and a few garbage bags to start us off. A HUGE plus after a long day traveling. Their booking process was an absolute pleasure and we did not need any assistance as every single thing worked easily and properly. Oh, and the game room was also an A+, even has a treadmill & stationary bike! We will definitely be renting this home again and look forward to bringing our family!! Thank you Charles & Joanne for such a fun, effortless, most relaxing vacation!

Above and Beyond!

What an incredible week at this property! Right from the beginning of our booking to the check out process, the owners took extra care to make sure every need was met, and then some. The home itself is located in a beautiful community. It was clean and well maintained with all items needed to allow us to fly in with just a carry on. We will definitely be staying again!

This home is beautiful and our group had a wonderful time!! Only problem was one day the pool got pretty green, but the owners had it taken care of as soon as possible but we lost one day using the pool. Disney Visit

I can't say enough about our experience at this house. It is located in an upscale gated community within easy access to the Disney parks, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. The house was perfect for families; everyone had their own bedroom and own bathroom and it was easy to "spread out ". The game room was an extra added feature. The owner communicated with me from the time of initially renting the property, throughout our stay and even after our departure. We had a very minor issue with supplies and he personally showed up at the door within an hour with the requested items. I would unequivocally recommend this rental.

This place was beautiful, clean, in a great gated community and had more than enough space. The pool and jacuzzi area was our favorite. And the owners were so nice, their hospitality was everything from the day we booked until checkout. I would give this property a 10 for sure.

Would do it again in a heartbeat

This was my first time doing a vacation house rental, so I read a LOT of reviews across a LOT of listings. This one caught my eye because of the consistent positive reviews and also for the lack of common complaints I saw elsewhere. The house was absolutely beautiful, well-appointed, and clean - exactly as advertised. The interior, exterior, pool, were all very well maintained and you can tell they take pride in the home. The pictures don't capture just how nice it is. We had two 11 year olds, two 13 year olds, a 16 year old, and two married couples in the house, and we never felt cramped or in each others' way. Thank you for a great experience and we are looking forward to the opportunity to return in the future!

Charles and Joanne were great to deal with. Their home is very well kept and extremely clean.

We have rented homes before and haven’t had the best of luck. However, Charles and Joanne were great to deal with and we had no issues. They reached out on multiple occasions prior to arrival so we know exactly what to expect. They also reached out after arrival to make sure that we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I would definitely rent their home again as we felt extremely comfortable there the entire time.
