It was a wonderful house with some small to minor issues that for the most part they did their best to fix or compensate for. Bowling alley broken, golf had software issues that took days and multiple people to fix, blue/gold bedroom door didn’t shut all the way, one of the sliding glass door wouldn’t lock, one of the upstairs closet doors would open and the handle was broken, tonal handle broken and one arm had a dead battery, 2 of the recliners wouldn’t work, and we had no internet the last 3 days - weather knocked it off but we were told it was in the whole resort and nothing could be done which meant no TV or golf after it was finally fixed. Otherwise we loved our stay and the wonderful customer service.

Incredible Stay!

I had an incredible and revitalizing stay. The view was breathtaking, the amenities were exceptional, the location was serene, and there was a charming breakfast spot just a short distance away. I highly recommend it.

beautiful Place to Stay!

This place was absolutely beautiful to stay in, perfectly suited for us and our two pups. It was quiet, relaxing, and you would never guess that you were so close to downtown! We would definitely love to return.

Great home, horrible management.

I stayed with my family of 15 at the resort. Unfortunately they did not disclose they only allow 5 parking spots all other cars will be towed after 11pm. You cannot block cars or driveways or you will be towed. Each day curfew for my guest was earlier than the previous night. Dishes were left from the previous stay, stains in carpets, fecal matter in toilets. I can go on about all my issues. I also left some expensive clothing items and was told by a supervisor she would check on the unit and never responded back. I have gone in person called online spoken to numerous staff and my concerns were never addressed. I spent a good amount of money and I would never come back.

Excellent kitchen decor!

I loved the furniture in the dining area and the lighting, they all created an amazing setting-perfect for family moments. The kitchen was also well set with access from all sides. The bedrooms were also superb; the kids had heroes on their walls and a few amazingly designed sleeping bunkers.

Great architecture!

I normally bring my work on holidays and I was worried the ongoing construction would disturb my peace but the soundproof walls served just fine. They were building new homes in the same location but that did not affect our holiday. We swam, played arcade games, gambled on the poker tables, and wasted our evenings in the movie room.

Excellent themed room art!

A look from afar was enough for me; the amazing designs and strategic setting swept me off my feet. The kids’ bedroom had this thrilling hero-themed wall art that my son tells everyone about. My wife was amused by the superbly laid out kitchen, she doesn’t cook but this time the temptation was too much.

Great features!

My husband was unsure about us coming here but as soon as he saw the master bedroom, he extended our stay. The interior design is fascinating-it kind of blends with the environment pretty well. Other thrilling features include the hero-themed kids’ rooms and the 27/7 available swimming pool.

Nice Experience

We stayed a whole two weeks but my daughter could not get enough of her hero-themed bedroom. The whole establishment is fun-oriented-each unit has a pretty tempting swimming pool, lovely lounge, and the interior design is magnificent.

Lovely Villa! As soon as they assigned us our unit, I rushed to check out my bedroom-it was elegant. The rooms were surprisingly large, the beds so well done plus the furniture in the dining area, it was nothing short of charming. I’m surely coming back.
