This house was a terrific stay. It is excellent for anyone with small children. There are lots of toys and kid stuff you need --- such as high chairs, strollers, plastic plates and cups, etc. The home was clean and well decorated. The host was very responsive. The pool and hot tub were great!

Fun Family Vacation!

We have been coming to Windsor Hills Resort for over a decade and it never disappoints! The resort is very secure, and the gate and house check-in processes were easy. We had our adult children and two grandsons, ages 7 and 11, for our yearly family vacation and all had a great time! The house and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals at the house. The adult kids and grandsons loved the game room! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the house, and always love the community pool and water park. We highly recommend this beautiful home!!! Thank you!

Good value inactive resort

Very clean and fits multiple family types. Very secure neighborhood with lots of activities and amenities. I would especially use the marketplace grill in the community, they will deliver and the food was really good and the price was very reasonable. Had a lot of communication with property manager and they were very responsive through it all. Couple of small things because no place is perfect. The entrance to the community is a very busy traffic area and can take sometime especially getting out. So plan accordingly.

Of all places I've rented, The Spark was more like lightning, incredible house for family and friends to enjoy.Ashley the Hostess was phenomenal. Guaranteed return if available. Can't skip this one.

Perfect Size, Great Location, Fun Decor, Needs Cleaning

This house is just as pictured, lots of room, and in a great location!! The pool is super nice and the jacuzzi was great. The kids absolutely LOVED the playroom as well as the frozen and star wars themed bedrooms. Check-in and check-out was easy and communication with the host was good! Only comment would be on the cleanliness of some areas of the house - overall the house is clean, but the bathrooms/showers need a little TLC as there was black in the grout lines, cracked tiles, and even a mushroom growing out of a baseboard in the master shower. All fixable though. Other than that, it was tidy and clean. I would recommend the stay!

Lots to do for children and adults!

Lots of room for the 9 of us (6 adults, 12yr, 9yr, 4yr) to enjoy. The pool and spa were great, and the game room is an added plus! The kids had plenty to do and we really enjoyed having the park across the street, as well as the putting green.

Sweet 16 was sweeter here

Thank you, Ashley, for sharing your lovely home with us. When we planned our trip for our daughter’s 16th birthday, we were not sure how many grandparents and cousins would join our family of five. In the end, it ended up being me (the Mom) plus my daughter and my 7 year old son, plus two of her besties. It was far more house than we needed but it gave us the ability to spread out and have space to ourselves which I liked, as a reprieve from our overly busy normal work and school schedules. We had plenty of downtime, and one of my daughter’s friends is an avid reader and loved the Harry Potter room reading nook. Downtime and recharge time was on the list for the week and we all got it. We did use the spa, we barely used the pool at all. While it was in the 70’s by day the water was quite chilly. I missed the detail on heating the pool for an extra charge per day, but no matter, the heated spa was great and we spent more time playing video games, air hockey and watching movies in the game room. The house was very clean and everything in its place. Ashley was a very accommodating and responsive host. She even had a Christmas tree in the home, which we all loved having! We stayed December 17th-23rd and went home for Christmas Eve with our families. I loved the gate security, felt safe all week. Close and easy access to Walmart for pickup ordering was convenient. It turned quite cold by the time we were leaving. Coldest Christmas in 30 years in Orlando. I could happily hunker down in this home and not need to go anywhere. In fact my 7 year old said “do we have to go anywhere today or can we stay in our house”? He loved it. Thank you, Ashley, for a wonderful home and successful celebration with my little crew. Kristie

Great house

House was comfortable and roomy. The front door does not latch as the latch has been removed. The front deadbolt is required to keep the door from blowing open at all times. The hot tub by the pool is not a hot tub. Rather it is a spa tub and only goes up to 86 degrees. It is relaxing but not what I expected. I should have read the details better. I would stay here again. It is comfortable and the grandkids loved the slide in the garage/playroom.

You will not be disappointed!

We booked this home already familiar with windsor hills. We have to say we enjoyed this house and experience more. The house is so clean and modern. The property manager was always quick to response on any questions we had. The game room is such a added bonus and fun for all! The park is so nice for kids, fight out the front door.. We can't wait to stay here again some day.

Great Location

This was our first time to stay off of Disney Property and it turned out great. All of the Disney parks are very close. Loved having the park right across the street. The kids loved the game room! Overall a very nice stay!

This house was great! The kitchen was well supplied. The house was very spacious, the pool and spa were warm and the game room was great for kids. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. The furniture was a bit small, but overall we loved this house and location and would stay again!!

Great home for family Disney vacation

This home was great for our family Disney vacation. Plenty of space, great playroom for kids, nice pool. The location was close to Disney which was nice for coming back for mid day naps. Communication was quick when needed. Overall would recommend staying at this property!

Great Location, Wonderful Owner + Safe

Enjoyed the location of this rental, it was only minutes away from Disney and having groceries near-by and a Starbucks down the road was a plus! We spend most of our time in the rental, owner was wonderful, attentive and a pleasure to rent from! Home has a great privacy screen on the lower area of the pool - I felt that was a plus as well with having homes next door, you can still swim and have privacy!
