My family and I came for vacation and to visit Universal Studios. Generally, the home could use a deep clean and refresh. I understand that things will not be perfect and don’t mind doing some cleaning. While we were doing our customary cleaning, we noticed a smell of urine coming from one of the upstairs bathroom and urine was on the toilet. We cleaned the toilet but still smelled urine. The master toilet seat was stained and several spots were peeling significantly and could not be thoroughly cleaned. All of the shower liners upstairs had some degree of mildew. The last significant issue was the WiFi did not work and therefore the 1st floor Master tv did not work. Within approximately 45 minutes of our arrival , I notified Daphne of the issues. She responded fairly quickly and stated she would have them replaced and asked That I unplug and restart modem. The next morning, I reached out to Daphne to update her and get a timeframe that the items would be replaced. Some hours later, she responded saying she was working on the issue and asked that I send pictures.I was confused but sent pics. Daphne did not respond until the following day(Day3/5) of our vacation. She stated she did not see anything wrong in the pictures. At that point, I ended discussions. Nothing was ever resolved. There were other issues, I did not mention including shower not draining until my 76yo dad plunged it. Hopefully Daphne will do better in the future.
