1. Help Harry Potter in his quest to search for the hidden Horcroxs around the house. Use the clue sheet which you’ll find in the suitcase storage unit in the Harry Potter room upstairs. This will give you clues to find the Horcroxs and part of a secret code. You will need all 3 numbers to solve the secret combination that will release muggle treats.



2. Hidden Mickey Challenge

Are you up for a challenge and gain a chance to win a prize. There are a number of hidden mickey’s located around the house. All you have to do is find as many as you can, all entries with the most correct answers will be raffled at the end of the year to find our winner. Please submit your entries to the email address on the wall of the Mickey room. The entries need to include:

The room and location of the Mickey

A short description of the Mickey or photo of the hidden Mickey.

Your name and email.



3. For the Golfers there is a fun challenge that can determine your sleeping arrangement following the outcomes of your game - We would love you to share your pictures of the challenge outcomes on social media QR codes to be found on the Golf House Rules located in the Golf bedroom.

Cleanliness, guest service and safety are our primary concern! We take special care to ensure the home is completely sanitized after each stay by our professional cleaning team, inspected by management and documented using industry-leading technology. We even go as far as to utilize ultraviolet sanitizers to sanitize TV, game console and ceiling fan remote controls after each stay! If you find anything that is not up to these cleanliness standards, or if anything seems out of place, please message us as soon as you discover.





LOCATION: The property is just a short drive to Disney, Universal, Sea Word and all Central Florida attractions! Free access to 2 resort style clubhouses with slides, lazy river, bar/restaurants and more!





CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 10 AM. Champions Gate is a secure community with guards at all entries. All drivers will need to be added to the guest list prior to arrival and provide I.D. at the guard shack. You will be issued an orange guest pass which will also provide admission to the club houses.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a fee of $50 per dog, per night. Pets must never be left in the home unattended unless locked in a crate and must be kept off of furniture and out of beds. Must be on a leash when leaving the property and owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Booking guest is responsible for any damage to the property or any other issues caused by pets brought to the property.





BEDROOMS: Theme Park Vacation Homes properties are designed to provide the best accommodations for large groups! With a mix of luxury furniture in the adult rooms and living/dining/theatre rooms, paired with fun themed kids room makes the most out of sleeping and living arrangements for groups with all age ranges. This home sleeps 24 guests in 18 beds . Flat screen smart TVs are located in each adult bedroom, allowing you to login to your favorite streaming service! Each TV also has Spectrum cable and LG TV Plus apps with hundreds of channels on each.

BATHROOMS: All 5 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and mouth wash), toilet paper, plush bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. There are hair dryers placed in cabinets.

**Please note that toiletries are limited. If you have a multi-day stay or large group you will need to bring additional.



We utilize "PhoneSoap" ultraviolet sanitizers to clean and sanitize all TV and game console controllers!

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware and has a full line of new appliances as well as blender, drip & Keurig coffee maker!. The dining area has seating for 10 adults, plus 4 stools at the counter, along with all the necessary dinnerware and dining set.



OUTDOOR SPACE: Private pool & spa on site with large covered outdoor seating area and dining table. (Additional charge for heat ($50 per night) and grill($100).



Free parking directly in front of house in the drive way, plus street parking. Up to 6 cars will be able to park in the driveway or on the street near the house.

Please pull all the way into the driveway as not to block the sidewalk, and be careful not to block any fire hydrants or other homes driveways.

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available directly in front of the house in the driveway and on the street. For those flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. While Champions Gate is primarily a walkable community, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available.
