Communication was HORRIBLE. We were in contact with host since we booked on Monday about things we would need during our stay. They responded the morning of the day we were to check in about pool heat and grill payment. We arrived wifi didn't work and pool heat was not working. They sent someone out and it was a temporary fix wifi lasted about 2 hours and pool heat never even kicked on. Jacuzzi stopped working also. I’m actually writing this review from the property using hotspot because wifi is yet out again and tvs are out because of it. Tried contacting host multiple times with no response called numbers attached and got no answer. This stay could have been way better if we were able to actually watch the tv or enjoy the pool. That also was dirty since day 1 and was told they clean it on Saturday if you no guest are arriving why have a dirty pool and when they come clean it the next day you cant use it for 3 hours after when we been waiting since check in for pool heat. Wouldn't recommend its plenty of space but host ignores messages and basically does not care. Literally a waste of money ! My whole party is looking at each other at the kitchen table because NOTHING works.
