Upon arrival did not have info/correct address to get to the main gate nor letting me know I needed a QR code for the entrance gate. Code in email was invalid. Drove around for 20 minutes to figure out for ourselves. Check in and out information got sent less than 24h notice. No info on the resort pool, ex: if we had access, where it was situated. 2 very wobbly chairs around the dining table. All chairs in garage were dirty or broken. Lounging chair by pool area, 1 was ok 2nd was rusted to the point of being broken and missing pieces. The fridge ice machine did not work. The freezer did not freeze at all. We lost food that we bought because we saw that the popsicles had melted to juice. At one point I had to find out the sink was leaking underneath. Did not provide scissors and cutting board which are 2 basic essentials. Often called, texted to âemergency lineâ for help. Either got a follow up many days prior or no follow up at all.
