From top to bottom a great stay - great condo with the essentials, nice neighborhood, great location, superior communication with the management team for what to expect and if there was anything needed.
Very poor property management company (Wonder Vacation Homes). No human communication. Just automated messages. The unit was run down. Iâve stayed at Storey Lake Resort for 4 years and this was the worst visit I had.
We stayed 9 nights at this property. Check-in was easy, everything was clean and as advertised.
The dryer was pretty loud, so we didnât feel comfortable doing laundry late at night / early in the morning (out of respect for our neighbors), but that wasnât a big deal. We had to purchase our own laundry detergent /sheets, as well as extra TP.
Overall , this condo was great. Nice view of the pond from the balcony, walking distance to the pool complex, and the kids loved the Toy Story theme in their room. We were 20-25 mins away from Disney/Universal , depending on traffic. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a nice time here. The view is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. A little short with the kitchen amenities. Wish we had a toaster especially. We enjoyed the short walk to the pool. Pool was busy and seemed understaffed. There was one bartender and the line was hours long. They had fun activities by the pool for the kids. Overall wonderful. I would come back.
This place was clean and felt new. Iâve just never stayed one this barren or maybe stingy even. No bath cloths (they described it as COVID, but the other places I stayed didnât do that). No dish soap (yes, dishwasher tablets). 1 kitchen towel. No condiments. No toaster. 1 additional trash bag. No measuring utensils. Nothing like a popcorn bowl.
AC was preset to 72 and you couldnât set it lower. They said it would freeze it up. Iâve never seen AC freeze up at 70 unless itâs really cheap.
Again, if youâre prepared for that, you should be good. It wasnât bad. Just cost more money to buy the extra stuff and Iâve never stayed in a place in that price range that cut back on so much.
The air conditioning was the worst they donât let you control it your self the lowest it would go is 72 degrees mind you it was 80 degrees outside every day I was there so mean less to say you sweat to death while staying here it the worst Iâve stay in
