Clean, beautiful house and great communication

This is a GREAT house!

The house had minor things that I had to take pictures of when I arrived to inform the owners about but overall it was great! It was enough room for all of us. I had a youth basketball team staying there for a tournament in town. They loved the water park. That room with 4 beds was awesome! Just bring your own cooking supplies i.e., pots and pans and oven mits because there wasn’t enough and I wish they had a broom and swifter or mop so I could clean the floors before I left. Also bring sponges and trash bags. There were no rags to wash dishes and only two trash bags. I also wish they had a pool table or some other games in the game room. But I would definitely rent again! Communication was great and the staff was attentive and friendly!

Beautiful

The house is very beautiful and very clean but there was a shortage of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and there wasn’t shower gel, no detergent and we called them and they didn’t bring any. Anyway, if you decide to come bring your stuff with you.

Beautiful place but just a fee isdues

House is beautiful and in an amazing location. However I would suggest to bring more towels if you have a big party with you also plastic wear and if you plan on cooking a lot bring your own supplies. Kitchen was not that greatly stocked for big group cooking. Also you have to pay 30 to use a grill that is on property and paying to heat the pool only gets you heat for 5 days. The housing management was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly

clean, comfortable and spacious

Location is great as it is 20 min from Disney. The house comfortably hosts a large group. We had a great time. The houses are too close together so if you are outside you have little privacy and the music from your neighbors May interfere with yours. I also recommend the property owners to better stock the house with more kitchen utensils. Other than that it is a great option to vacation with a large crowd.

Girls Trip Gone WRONG!

The property was great the home lacked a lot and the pictures shown were not what we got. The cleaning crew did a very rushed job on the property and we were not allowed to check in into after 5. Upon arrival, we were left with one roll of tissue per bathroom for two nights, only three trash bags and a non working refrigerator and freezer. All of our frozen stuff melted over nights and refrigerated items stayed warm. One of the chairs was nicely propped up to the table and when one of the ladies sat down it collapsed under her due to a broken leg. One of the chairs to the outdoor table was broken and the outside couch was covered in dog hair. This was not the experience we expected but made the best of it because of how far we all traveled. Although I was able to send updates and get immediate responses it was still a horrible experience. Also not to mention I received an email saying we could check out at 10pm which I thought was weird so when I reached out I was informed it was wrong so we had to make rush adjustments for travel to include flights. Not the best trip but we made the best of it.

Big and basic

The property accommodated our family perfectly. There were enough beds and the mattresses were a comfortable memory foam. It served its purpose. Where it fell short was in the actual quality of the home. It’s very cheap and the furniture was cheap as well. There were quite a few damaged and broken pieces of furniture. It looked luxury, but certainly didn’t feel like it. At the end of the day, we were happy with the check in process and check out process. I would still recommend, but know that it is very cheap quality.

Great Property

This place was superb for a family get together. Everyone had great rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The property responded to a problem with the internet within half an hour so that was taken care promptly. Saturday morning we woke up to a beeping smoke alarm. We called the property manager twice over the weekend but no one ever showed to take care of it so we disconnected it. Probably our only disappointment with the place was the kitchen was not well equipped to handle a large group. The place says it sleeps twenty but there were only 9 spoons. also the only food prep equipment was one pizza pan and a small sauce pan. Luckily one of our people came from not too far and brought two crock pots and an air fryer so we made it. But don't plan on cooking your own meals there as they are not equipped. The stove is great and plenty of frig space (even tho the ice make does not work) and they even have a small chest freezer. Large gathering areas were great tho for a large group chairs are limited. The Champions gate area is building quickly so there is some construction but we were never bothered by it. It looks like the gated area we were in is building a new pool area with some water slides so that will be nice when done. Otherwise the neighboring gated area allowed us to use their pool area and had a lazy river pool and larger pool area as well as sand volleyball and a weight room we used. Fairly closed to all the Disney parks so that was nice. Overall a very nice place but they could pay attention to some small details better thta would have made it excellent.

Orlando Retreat

The amenities at the property were great. My family enjoyed themselves. We decided to have the pool heated after our arrival and this was the only small snag in our stay. After a couple of calls, this was resolved. The home is well maintained and I would recommend them.

Good and not so good

All was great except WI-FI was unavailable for one day. Mgmt did respond same day by replacing wire that had been damaged by lightning. Lots of construction around this home and neighboring house was very loud with music all throughout night.

Amazing home

Amazing home, but the nearby properties are still under construction. So there is no view, but the home is exactly what it says it. It will comfortably hold a family of 20 with lots of space to entertain.
