One of the home's standout features is the brand-new multifunction countertop oven, which offers air frying, baking, broiling, toasting, warming, slow cooking, convection baking, pizza cooking, and dehydrating. The kitchen also includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and nonstick carbon steel bakeware to make meal preparation simple and convenient.

## Private Outdoor Retreat

Step outside to your own private screened swimming pool, where you can relax after a fun-filled day or spend quality time with family and friends. The pool ranges from approximately 3 to 5 feet deep, making it ideal for both adults and children.

Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee during cooler months.

## Resort Amenities

As our guest, you'll enjoy complimentary access to Veranda Palms Resort amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, children's splash park, water slide, heated community hot tub, modern fitness center, playground, walking trails, and comfortable poolside lounge chairs.

These shared amenities are maintained by the Homeowners Association (HOA). Their operating hours, maintenance schedules, and occasional closures are determined by the HOA and are outside the homeowner's control.

## Starter Supplies

To help make your arrival comfortable, we provide a selection of complimentary starter supplies, including two rolls of paper towels and garbage bags. These items are intended for your arrival and first night. Additional supplies can be purchased at the nearby grocery and convenience stores.

## Parking Policy

To comply with Homeowners Association regulations, all vehicles must be parked in the designated driveway only.

Parking on the street, sidewalk, grass, or anywhere outside the driveway is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked in violation may be towed without notice, and guests are responsible for all towing, storage, and recovery costs.
