Needs a DEEP CLEAN
Pictures are deceiving! The house looks nice from the pictures, but believe me, it needs work! It needs to have a thorough deep clean. Once that is done, fresh paint and new furniture would be great. The carpet is dirty and worn. It would be best if they would just pull it up and replace the carpet. You can tell the furniture is inexpensive. It has dents and is peeling paint or varnish on the wood. The pillows on the sofa and patio furniture are worn and sagging. The bedrooms could use new pillows as they're pretty flat. The upstairs bathroom attached to the king sized bedroom could use a new shower curtain as it smelled of mildew. Also the water pressure is great in the shower in the main level master bath, however any of the upstairs bathrooms don't have the greatest water pressure to get soap out of your hair. The ping pong table didn't even have ping pong balls to play with.
Overall, if they would pause rentals for a time and put in some work, the place would be much nicer. It looks like people were rough on the place, and the owners didn't seem to care.
The main resort pool is nice and heated. I don't believe the lazy river is heated. It's pretty chilly to get in there when the weather has been below 80 degrees. Many people commented on how cold the lazy river was. Once you got used to the water, the lazy river can be relaxing.
