Extreme disappointment regarding our recent stay. We chose this property expecting a premium vacation experience, but the reality fell significantly short of the standards advertised.Throughout our stay, we encountered several major issues that severely impacted our comfort and the overall value of our trip:Non-Functional Hot Tub: One of the primary reasons we booked this specific home was the hot tub. It was broken for the duration of our stay, depriving us of a key amenity we paid for. [The functionality of the hot tub was inquired preemptively to rental and assured its functionality from rental company/host]Poor Home Comfort & Service: The general upkeep and level of service were unacceptable. [Hair in bathtub, carpets dirty with food and debris throughout, pet stains throughout, bed blankets had a cologne smell fearing they weren't washed properly, washing machine didn't work.]Total Failure of Customer Service: Most frustratingly, my attempts to resolve these issues were met with silence. I reached out to request service, and it took three days for your team to provide any response. This level of disregard for a paying guest's comfort is inexcusable.Lack of Value for Paid Upgrades: We paid extra for both an early check-in and pool heating, neither of which felt justified given the sub-par state of the home and the lack of functional amenities.Frankly, the experience was more of a frustration than a vacation. Recommend finding somewhere else to stay.
