Welcome to your vacation home at Formosa Valley Resort, a modern 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa designed to accommodate up to 12 guests in a convenient Kissimmee location for enjoying everything Central Florida has to offer.

Inside, the villa features spacious and inviting living areas, including a modern living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, providing plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together. A separate Star Wars-themed family room adds another entertainment option to the property.

For added convenience during your stay, the home offers free Wi-Fi, an in-home laundry area with a washer and dryer, and free parking.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private east-facing pool. Measuring approximately 14 x 12 feet and approximately 5 feet deep, the pool provides an inviting space to relax and enjoy the Florida weather between fun-filled days at the theme parks.

FORMOSA VALLEY RESORT

Guests can enjoy access to the resort clubhouse and available recreational areas, including a community pool and lounge.

The gated community also features 24-hour security, providing a convenient setting close to Orlando’s main attractions.

LOCATION

Formosa Valley Resort offers a strategic location for guests looking to stay close to the theme parks while also enjoying convenient access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf courses.

Walt Disney World: approximately 10 minutes.
Universal Orlando: approximately 20 minutes.
SeaWorld: approximately 20 minutes.

Nearby attractions and recreational options include EPCOT, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park, Orange Lake Golf, Polo Park, and several Central Florida golf courses.

Restaurants and shopping options are also conveniently located nearby, including access to a 24-hour Walmart.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$60 plus 13.5% tax for the entire stay. Guests are responsible for replacing the propane tank when necessary. The fee covers final cleaning and normal wear and tear of the equipment.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. The service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 95°F (approximately 35°C). Because the system uses heat-exchange technology, its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the water from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
