Communication with the host while staying at the house took almost 24 hours per a response. When we got there, the house was dirty, dirt and things spilled on the wall, stains all on the carpet. Many things were broken or ripped. In the game room the bean bags were filthy and it smelled like dogs in the room. Many thins in the house didn’t work as well. We reach out about not having pool towels. We are told they were in the laundry room above the washer and dryer. We informed them there was not any there. We then never received a response about towels, never given pool towels. One of the shower also didn’t have hot water. We reach out about heating the pool because it was colder than we thought it would be. It took almost 24 hours to get a response from the host. We were then given a code to turn on the heater and it was already turned on when we went to turn it on after we got home. Not sure if someone came by to turn it on, because we were never told. After 3 days the pool was not any warmer. We heard no response when we reached out and informed them that the pool was no warmer. I do not recommend this house or this company to host.
