The home was fine and the community with a pool a plus. If I was a home owner - I would change the property managment company out. Complicated process with separate waiter login, poor communication about checking in, lack of clarity in general. Zero flexibility to make adjustments. As do the home it is u see appointed. Surprised that there was not even a starter pack for coffee, it lacked some basic kitchen tools - like a Wii’s to make scrambled eggs, basic cable did not work in the bedrooms, etc. also - the pool is not quite as advertised. It is on the back of the property near the driveway surrounds by stone walls. You must use the community pool for any enjoyment. Finally - the lack of doo code on the front door requires your experience to be solely through the back door so you are constantly walking down an alley to get to the pool. Put a code on the front door. Again - inside was spacious and nice, beds and baths were great, and location/ community a plus.
