Great location for access to Disney and Universal. Perfect for our large extended family. Pool and hot tub were perfect for our day at the house. Great kitchen with double refrigerators, cooktops, microwaves and dishwashers. Very responsive hosts.

The house was nice and clean, was great for our big family everybody had there own room and bathroom. Theater was great, very quick to get back with any problems, pool was nice and warm. Only problem was the 2nd floor dryer didn't work but that will take more then a day to fix. Get place nice location and the neighborhood was quite. Will definitely come back!

We had rented the house as a business reward trip; a weekend at Walt Disney World. The entire process was a breeze from reserving the house, checking in and checking out. Matthew, from Element, was a great host and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The house was absolutely amazing and very clean. The house is located in close proximity to Walt Disney Disney, which was one reason we picked it. It was a very quiet house as some would go to bed while others would stay up and talk either in the kitchen or out by the pool and the ones that went to bed earlier were never disturbed by the ones that stayed up. You can tell it is a rental property by some of the lack of building maintenance (paint peeling from round the front door or the paint strip missing on the wall by the stairs) but none of these deterred from the wonderful property this was. If we had a suggestion, it would be to supply a Keurig-like coffee pot: transporting pods/cups are a lot easier than transporting coffee filters and coffee. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations and we will consider this house again if needed in the future.

Everything went well. There was additional parking down the street. Just note on this specific section of the street there is no street parking. Kitchen had all the essentials. Home was beautiful. Neighborhood was very nice. Close to a Walmart and Publix.

The house was a nice size the rooms were nice playful and spacious. We really enjoyed the adult rooms and the kid friendly rooms it helped balance out the rooms for everybody to enjoy. The pool table was a nice touch after a nice wine down. The pool and jacuzzi was the highlight of our stay

Huge house and great response from property management

The property was perfect for our large group. Check in was a breeze and the house was pretty clean overall. It wasn’t immaculately clean. There are definitely signs of wear and tear. There was still hair in the bathrooms and several of the beds though. I also saw a couple of bugs in one of the bunk beds in the Harry Potter room. The AC upstairs wasn’t working properly on the first day, but management sent a tech out the next day to fix it.The pool wasn’t the cleanest, but we made it work. The arcade area was a huge hit with the kids. The PAC MAN game was non operational until Wednesday though. They were aware of the issue in advance but failed to communicate that. It was fine, they fixed it on schedule. Lastly, there’s a weird set up between the clubhouse and the property manager. We had no access to the gym on site or the waterpark. We were aware of not having access to the water park, but were not made aware of the restrictions to the gym. Despite the hiccups, we had a great trip and did indeed love the property. The communication with management was prompt and pleasant.

Great co-worker escape during a conference.

Our team was attending a work conference. This property was a perfect retreat after a long day of training. We had 8 adults, everyone had their own room with a bathroom attached. The pool was wonderful, the kitchen space allowed for many people to move around, the dining table held our whole team for dinner. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and tidy. The element team was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any questions. Overall a great experience.

Great times in Orlando the Holiday House

This property had some great updates that let our folks be comfortable and cozy and great location for access and and out to the city. The issues we had was with the televisions not working properly and that was because the Wi-Fi was not powerfully enough to stream apps and even the Cable channels that was offered did not provide normal channels that we would expect to be normal current daily information channels (ESPN, CNN, and even local channels was not provided).Also issues with all nigth parting with properties next doors was disturbing because we was expecting other properties had the 10PM quiet rule so even if we agree the we will not break this rule does not mean the next door neighbors will obey and thus correcting a problem.But otherwise this is a good property with a great management team. Thanks for your work and all the help you provided.

Fantastic!

We stayed as a team for a showcase soccer tournament in Orlando, and the house is set up perfectly for that! The boys had a blast, lots to do around the house, from the pool table, theater room, pool out back, and lounging space. The kitchen was perfect and the dining areas allowed the boys to eat meals as a team. We set up trivia and games for the boys in the living area, and the space was ample for 18 boys! Having two washer / dryers was nice to run a load of whites and darks to clean their uniforms between games. Fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

Great house

We very much enjoyed our stay in this spacious house with some thematic Harry Potter and Frozen touches in some upstairs areas. Management was very responsive and communicative. We appreciated the large kitchen and having two stoves and fridges. There are also two laundry rooms. The 13 bathrooms were also great. There is space in the garage for one vehicle. The neighborhood felt safe and was relatively quiet most of the time. We were there for 17 days and would stay there again. Thanks!

Great place for a team!

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament with members of my daughters volleyball team. The house was great and had plenty of room for everyone. Amazing amenities with everything you could want! It took a little while for the house to cool down, but it was so easy to communicate with property manager, and they even brought fans for us to use! Thankfully it cooled down pretty quickly and the rest of our stay was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone staying as a group!

Such a great house!

This was quite possibly the house we’ve ever rented! The theme was well thought out and so fun! We had a party of 19 and never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked, the couch was so big and comfortable! We all loved our stay here!
