Very clean, spacious and a quiet, convenient location for the theme parks. The host was very responsive. Internet connection was a bit spotty. Remotes to the TVs were not working for all but two of them but I did not alert the host until the end of our stay bc we were so busy we didn’t spend much downtime there. I’m sure they have resolved that issue. Also a bit of miscommunication about heating the pool. I assumed this would be done by the host but we were actually supposed to do it ourselves. Just a heads up for anyone planning to stay here. The yard and pool were also very nice and clean, we just chose to drive and swim at Cocoa Beach which was less than an hour away.

Enjoyed our stay. House was clean. There were too many air fresheners (the smell was overwhelming). Furniture was lacking and we had to rearrange to accommodate a comfortable living room. Kitchen had minimal cookware.

Very nice facilities. Quiet neighborhood. Super close to shopping markets and gas stations. Perfect for small, mature families. I wouldn't recommend it if you have small children; lots of elegant glassware that can easily be knocked over by children.

Lovely house but as per another person’s review the floors were filthy and you needed to put slippers or flip flops on otherwise your feet would be dirty in no time.Only a few basics in the kitchen, which was disappointing.Other than that we had a lovely time.

Lovely stay!

House was clean, large, and the backyard was an oasis! Pool was warm and it was nice having the fire pit and table as well. Plenty of space for a large group. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing week vacation !

My family & I traveled from Ohio for a weeks vacay to have our first time experiences at Disney & seaworld ! I was mind blown with the property the pictures are beautiful but the in person experience was so much better! I definitely recommend we were so thrilled it has influenced us so much we plan to move to Kissimmee ! The place is great , we would stay again !

Fryslan goes Kissimmee

Was de eerste keer dat we gebruik maakten van een poolhouse. Het was ruim opgezet en voldoende slaapgelegenheid. Het zijn de kleine dingen die je mist. Theedoek/vaatdoekje/glazen. Gelukkig was de walmart dichtbij. Het is een perfekte uitvalsbasis voor heel veel attracties. Alle grote attracties zijn binnen een uur tot anderhalf rijden. Goede communicatie met de eigenaren bij problemen/vragen.Gewoon top is dat je een eigen zwembad tot je beschikking hebt. Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie beleefd en daar heeft dit poolhouse een grote bijdrage aan geleverd

Nice place, roomy and clean

Accurate description. Nice place. Roomy and clean. Only downside is there is limited cooking equipment and they didn't have basic necessities to clean (sponges, dishwasher detergent, cleaning sprays). Other than that I'd recommend.

Great stay!

We rented this property for our family Disney trip. It was our first time taking a family vacation so it meant a lot to us to have a great experience. This place was very nice, very clean and spacious. We had a small issue with the pool and the owner was right there helping from afar. We could tell he really cared. Great house, but a rough vacation

We didn't get to really enjoy the house, as we evacuated early due to Milton. The pool had debris from the back to back hurricanes, and the pump had to be turned on manually. The pool folks didn't prioritize that with another incoming storm so we could only enjoy the pool one night when we had enough time to fill it & skim it ourselves. Not really the owners' fault, but an offer to refund a portion, esp after we took care of the outdoor furniture, would've been great, but I do understand vacation rentals are a business. All that said, it really was a great house with amazing, comfy beds, and I would love to return (but probably not in hurricane season). :)
