Property very unkept for a property overseen by a management company. Bathrooms unclean, mirrors all dirty and with splattered stuff on downstairs mirror and each bathroom had toothpaste still splattered on the mirrors and sink handles unclean with dried tooth paste. Bathroom light in up stairs toilet area did not work at all and bulbs out over sink mirror and fan was very very loud. All beds were far too broken in and could feel springs which made for the worst night sleep even after long days in the parks. Bed against wall in theme room was broken and box spring did not fit well. Carpets dirty and stepped on a screw in carpet in down stairs king room. Mildew in showers and upstairs tub had a ring around it. Every dish we pulled out to use had dried food on them and had to wash anything we used. Found old grapes on kitchen floor. Only given 6 towels- 3 floor towels and 3 hand towels and 1 kitchen towel and not a single rag in the house and defiantly not enough towels for 10. Left only 1 dishwasher pod, 1 trash bag and a half roll of cheap paper towels and each bathroom had a little over half a roll of tissue so should list this so people are prepared especially with towels and rags. Outside pool not clean and screens ripped at top above outside screen door. No instruction on where to put trash after the 9am trash cut off time. Beautiful property and great location but this owner needs to find a different management company because they are not up keeping things well.
