We had a lovely stay at this house (October 2025). Location is great - close to Disney and is in a quiet, gated community. There is a Publix and lots of stores nearby. Easy to get to. Check in was quick, no line ups to get through the gate. The house is just like the pictures. The heated pool (which is included unlike other rentals where they charge you for it) is lovely and was used a lot. The house is clean and the layout is perfect. Kids loved the video game room. It had plenty of space for our group of 11. Salt and pepper are provided. Didn't see a peeler, potato masher or pasta strainer in the kitchen (so you know to bring if you need some). The kettle was broken but the owner replaced it immediately with a brand new one. 2 master bedrooms upstairs (both w/ ensuites but 1 is larger with safe, ironing board in the closet). 1 kids room with a bunk and 1 with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is another bedroom. Beds were comfy (foam).We hung out in the pool area a lot. There is a half bathroom there that was great so the kids didn't have to go through the house wet to go to the bathroom. The bbq is locked as you have to pay for it but we didn't need it anyway. There is a nice clubhouse in the resort you can walk to (10-15 min) or is a very short drive. It has a lazy river, pool, hot tub and 2 water slides. We enjoyed hanging out there. It wasn't too busy.Checkout was easy. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!
