This property was not as described and did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards.Upon arrival and throughout our stay, we encountered multiple sanitation and condition issues, including human hair on walls, dirty/crusty towels, dirty dishes in cabinets, stained toilet seats, and floors that had clearly not been properly cleaned. There were also visible signs of water damage, ceiling damage, and a persistent musty/damp odor that was concerning.The pool — a major reason we booked — was visibly dirty, and the pool cleaning tool/strainer was completely broken, which reflects poor maintenance and upkeep of an advertised amenity. While the pool could technically be used, its condition did not match what was presented in the listing.Outdoor areas were poorly maintained, and several basic items and fixtures throughout the home were missing, damaged, or poorly repaired.Many of these issues go far beyond “normal wear and tear” and reflect a lack of proper cleaning, upkeep, and quality control. The condition of the home did not match the listing photos or prior reviews we relied on when booking.We documented everything with photos and raised the issues during our stay. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience, and we would not stay here again or recommend this property to others.
