Wonderful vacation

We had an excellent vacation at this property, house was clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Check in was very easy. Very prompt response from property manager, we had an issue with pool heating and dealing with property manager regarding this was easy and we received refund. Resort facilities also good but very busy.

Beautiful house!

We have rented many nice homes through VRBO/AIRB&B the past 10 years and to be completely honest, this was by far one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in. I do not have a single complaint. Everythings looks exactly like the pictures. The house looks brand new. We will definitely be back! The house is much larger then we thought. Its perfect for families because upstairs, the 4 bedrooms (2 and 2) are very separated by a large living room. The queen master bedroom is very large and the room is next to the double twin bedroom. Same thing on the other side. The beds were VERY comfortable and clean. The house is located very close to a nice quiet pool. We weren't aware of this so it was a nice surprise. It's maybe a 2 minute walk. Perfect pool to get away from the crowd. The public pool is a short 3 minute drive away. I personally wouldn't walk it due to busy road and it would just take too long. The private pool at the house was so clean and well maintained. The pool guy periodically came to test the water. We didn't heat the pool, was super refreshing and great for my kids! HIGHLY recommend this house, you won't be disappointed!

Christmas Vacay

Rental looks exactly like the pictures online. Very spacious and great layout thoughout the house. Pool was exactly the size our family needed. There are other properties within the same community that have pea size pool fitting only one person it looks like but this house was perfect. Great and quick communication with host. Only disturbance we had was when swimming with my family in the late evenings we had a drone fly constantly over us recording it was uncomfortable. Cleaning would of been given 5 star but the property has pillows that look like they are hard to wash and there was stains from previous guest. We brought our own cover so we really didn't make use of what was provided. White linen had brownish looking stain as well in main bedroom also in the twin bedrooms. Again this was minor to use since we brought our own covers. Overall great experience would definitely stay in future visits. Thank you for the great stay.

Family vacation

The house was so nice and clean we had a great time staying there for vacation. The only issue we had was with the pool area. One of the screens covering the pool was ripped so the pool kept getting dirty. The pool lights did not turn on at night or the jet streams. We contacted maintenance for the pool twice during the stay and no one showed up to fix it.

Perfect

The property was great! We enjoyed having a pool in the back yard for morning swims and went to the resort pool for the afternoons. The neighbors got a little rowdy a couple of nights. Not a reflection of the host, just the fact that the homes are close together and some visitors are not as courteous . Thanks for letting us stay! It’s a beautiful property!

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay, the house was as described. However, the house could have been a bit cleaner. The rug in the kitchen had stains, as well as the bar stools in the kitchen. 3 blinds were also missing in the kitchen. The toilet paper holder in the half bathroom was broken. Also a toilet paper holder in one of the upstairs bathrooms was loose. The refrigerator needed a replacement filter. Overall our stay was ok and the host was very nice and responsive!

This property was OKAY…emphasis on okay! I had to submit all drivers names for security purposes and it did not matter once we arrived. The gate automatically opens anytime a car pulls up to it. The gym and other neighborhood attractions are in a separate neighborhood. The pool in the neighborhood was locked every time we tried to visit. The house was a little clean but could’ve been cleaner. A glass was left out by the pool from previous guest. The beds in the bedrooms did not have comforters, just wool throw blankets. The air could not go below 73 in the home. We had to purchase our own towels, trash bags, paper towels, tissue, and other items. I feel like the pictures in the listing are very misleading. The owner was very responsive though.

Nice House, Very Clean and Confortable

I will stay here again. The only issue I found is that the house did not have a filter for the coffee maker, a mop, towel for the kitchen and a garbage bags, we have to go out and buy. Everything else was great!

Great place for family vacation

This property is set up really well for our family and the pool heat amd grill were worth it. It was very clean and furnished well in the kitchen but it would have been nice to have dish towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms and kitchen and neither of the vacuums they had worked for cleaning up throughout the week. . The security didn't always answer right away at the gate phone and it would be nice to have a code to key in or gate pass with the property. It's nice to know it is a secure neighborhood though so this is very minor. We have 4 children under 10 and got a lot of use out of the pool and the main clubhouse is less than a half mile away. We brought our fold up wagon which made it a lot easier getting all our gear to the large pool and lazy river. With COVID restrictions you have to bring your own floats to the pool and glad we had picked some up.

Good winter getaway

The house was very clean with lots of space for our group. A few suggestions to add to the house would be a kitchen trash can, kitchen hand towels, potholders & bathroom wash clothes. The community security was an issue for several reasons: Gates not working, we would recommend that they give a pin code to get in versus having to call the security gate every time you come in, we also like to walk & the security couldn’t give us a code for the sidewalk gates which was very inconvenient & the only question they ask when you call is if you have a parking permit so anyone could potentially get through the gate.

Great place for a large family

We stayed here for our trip to a cheer competition at Disneyworld and it was fantastic! Very clean, everything we needed was already there onsite. We had one issue where we ran out of toilet paper and could not find any because of the issues going on in the world right now, but the property manager made sure we got some extra with no problems. They even offered to bring it out to us if needed! We will definitely stay here again!
