Beautiful condo tricky location

The condo was as described. To be expected there were some ants in the kitchen (it’s Florida after all). No problem we just stored our open food in the fridge. The pool is small, but was perfect for the 8 of us. Getting into the complex is tricky. There is a gate that requires a paper pass to get into. This provides a challenge when ordering a ride share, or delivery food/groceries. We were told that there was a staffed gate to get in, but we were unable to find it. Communication up to the time of check in was spot on. I had a few questions after reserving and the owner was very prompt when responding. After check in is a different story. I messaged the owner right after check in about the paper pass and never received a reply. On day two I messaged about a slow drain in the master bath and again no response. Overall the stay was great. Close to Epcot and Universal. As long as you are willing to solve the occasional problem you should have fun too.

Exactly as pictured

we had a great time at this property. Nice updated property good time spent with friends and family. there is an active construction work behind this property so some disturbance early morning. but other than that it was great

Lots of roaches

Roaches in the kitchen from day 1. Called LC home group & had no other availability. Later found a roach in one bedroom closet & another in the master bed. They said they were going to reimburse some money but never did. There phone number is now disconnected

Uninvited guests…Ant/Roaches

Let me first say thatThe condo was as nice as the pictures showed. That was the only good thing about the trip. We were only there Saturday and Sunday. The first day and a half we had no power in the living area so we all had to watch TV in the bedroom. It was not because of the hurricane because the rest of the home had lighting …living dining area did not … The electrician came about two or 3 o’clock the following day and corrected the lighting issue ……however, what we did have the first and second night was an of infestation of ants and roaches. We had to put all of our food in the refrigerator …we were afraid to leave anything out on the counter The owner did come on our “last” night to spray, not morning or afternoon, our last night…which unfortunately brought more roaches out of hiding. Needless to say we did not get the full experience of what should have been a relaxing, carefree weekend. I’ve reached out to him several times since I’ve returned home and he has not returned any of my calls Mor has he responded to any of my text. The owner seem to be a nice guy I just wish he had been more attentive to our issues I feel cheated….

Great for our Family

The house was as clean and as described. Kitchen had everything needed for our family. It wasn't very close to the clubhouse, too far to walk for the little ones, but okay for adults.

Due to the short supply of towels We were force to due a load of towels. The dryer wasn’t working, the vent was full of lint, which is very dangerous and could cause a fire. We cleaned the vent the best we could and dried towels 2 at a time. This should be addressed ASAP. The pool was very crowded and tough to get lounge chair. The water slide wasn’t well supervised only one lifeguard at the bottom, no one timing sliders from the top.

Disney trip

This is the perfect location for a Disney trip. The house was in great condition. Very comfortable. Only complaint is that we didn’t have enough supplies. We stayed two nights and had to wash towels because we used pool towels the first day. We were missing a dish sponge.

Bday weekend

By far one of the best vacations rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice, the place was absolutely beautiful. This past weekend was my birthday and I couldn’t have picked a better place to spend with friends and family I hadn’t seen in a while. The host was great and very accommodating. We stayed 3 nights and everything provided was more than enough.

Place was perfect for my bachelorette weekend! Had all 6 beds full.

Overall everything was perfect. Great living room space and comfortable deep couch. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes. Beds slept comfortably and they had extra blankets.They had 12 pool towels. Even supplied mini lotion and soap. We did have to buy more toilet paper & trash bags, but the publix grocery store was right around corner 5 minutes away. I didnt think we would use the private pool since the community pool has a lazy river. But it was nice to relax away from the crowds. Also the large dining table came in handy for playing games we brought.

Spacious living and good location for Disney

This condo is clean and comfortable for two families with a total of five small children. The pool in the backyard was a hit with the kids. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was broken on our first night, and we had to endure a miserable night of heat and humidity since a repairman couldn’t come out until the next day. The owner promised a refund of the first night to compensate for the inconvenience, but I still have not received the credit and my text message and emails have not been returned.

Very spacious/Great location

The home was exactly as listed. We stayed with three adults and four teenage children and the house was a perfect size. We didn’t have any issues. Checking in and out was super easy. Very close to Disney. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home

House is everything described. There is an up charge to use the grill that was not disclosed I. The rental agreement. We just opted not to use it. The neighborhood rentals were obnoxious and loud all hours of the night but that can’t be a dig against the home... just beware that sleep may be interesting!

Good location for parks

Great location for parks Starbucks and Publix near by. Unit was clean and master bed was comfortable. Property manager was good at communicating and quickly resolved any issues

Perfect Stay!!

Great community, location, amenities, and very spacious! Townhome was well maintained! Kids loved having their own pool as well as the community water park with lazy river. Will definitely stay here again!!
