Summer oasis

We had a wonderful time! The home was very nice and the hosts responded whenever we had questions or concerns. Whomever cleans the home can spend a little more time on it because of the property being so huge. But those were minor issues. In all we had a good time.

The home itself seems like it was once a great home. But i would not recommend for a family thats used to certain standards. For starters we wasnt able to use the theater our entire stay, ( Yes you read that correctly) Maintenance stated to projector has been out for weeks. Pool table was missing balls and felt is torn up air hockey dosent funtion properly. The entire game room run down (badly) remotes dont work for TVs. After repetitive request for repairs or to be moved to a different unit. Nothing was done kind of ruined our kids summer vacation. Unfortunately i will not be staying here or with this company again.

Unfortunately not what was portratyed through photos and listing!

Luckily we have a family that makes the best of everything because we simply had no other choice. The carpets are dingy, the place was not well kept. The pictures online are great but a misrepresentation of what you get. They make things look much larger than they are. We paid ahead to have the pool/spa heated. We got there and they were not heated. We called the manager and received no call back so I emailed the owners. They refunded my money but did not apologize or offer to heat it up. The projector upstairs did not work. We put a call in and when the technician came he took a photo of it and never returned or made contact about it again. The dryer did not work, no heat. We called and they sent out a technician who came and said he repaired it. He left and it still did not provide heat to dry things. There is not sufficient kitchen supply for large groups. There are not many towels. This was a bummer traveling with children; they were so excited to watch movies on the projector and swim but were unable to. The location was great but for such a high demand place you have to do better than this!

The size of the house and themed rooms are cool. It needs a deep clean. The projector was missing, the TV upstairs does not work, the TV in the master downstairs doesn't work either, the twin in the Harry Potter room is broke, cockroaches on the counter,the dryer sounds terrible and only works sometimes, towels are very minimal for a large group. and I had a grill delivered that 6 adults couldn't open the propane tank. The property manager responded that they would send someone over. Nothing got done except the pool got overrfilled and the hose left on. The propane tank still wouldn't open, no projector, dryer still only worked sometime. I've been trying to contact them. I don't think I should have to pay for a grill I couldn't use. I am very disappointed the upstairs living room wasn't even usable.

Big house

Plenty of room for our group of 9 adults and 2 infants. Home is as pictured. Beds could use an upgrade to new mattress. No one said they were comfortable, but they weren’t horrible either. There we 2 washcloths total. The dryer didn’t heat. I called maintenance and we went about our day. I came back to a note left by maintenance stating the dryer was working. Next use of the dryer it did not heat. We were leaving the next morning so I didn’t call again. We hung the clothes outside to dry. House could use a really good scrub (Handrails and furniture mostly) I would stay here again, overall we had a nice time.

Do yourself a favor, find another home

This property is FILTHY! We had roaches, other guests food behind the furniture, potato chips in the beds, stains on the carpets, stains on the couches, ants in the bed, disgusting shower tracks, a broken dryer, a broken kitchen chair, a broken lounge chair in the yard. Advised the home owner of all these items and they did NOTHING. Told me we would have an exterminator ASAP and they never showed. We packed for a vacation with the expectation of being able to do laundry and was not able to do so. The first day we advised that we could not get the projector to work, 2 days later the projector was missing and no one told us anyone was going to enter the property. Called the property manager over 6 times, left messages and still have not received a call back. When we booked this home there was only 1 review and it was good. About a week before our trip I reviewed them again and they were not good. So I messaged the owner with my concerns and they advised the issues have been resolved. THEY LIED!!! Overall a horrible experience. I've stayed in other homes in that community in the past and was very happy, this time, not so much.

Fall Break Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids love the pool and there's plenty of room for multiple families. We only had a few minor issues and the management team address them quickly.

Not like the photos

I am not typically one to write a review, however I spent a lot of money to stay here and feel people should know they are not getting what they think they are. This property is sooo dirty. I am not exaggerating when I say we could not walk on the carpet without sandels because there are stains everywhere and it feels and looks so dirty!! There were stains on the beds and blankets. Stains on the couch upstairs where the movie room was. Ashes on the window cell. Broken bottles outside and my son cut his foot on one inside the pool. The walls are covered in dust and stains. I promise you this house is not taken care of or kept up with. We had trouble checking in because ironically the maids were there cleaning still so we couldn’t check in for an hour later. Then our door code didn’t work so we couldn’t get into the property. My daughter finally tried the back door and got in an hour later. We couldn’t get ahold of the property manager or home owners until the next day. We couldn’t leave the home unless we were going to leave it unlocked. Overall it was just an awful experience with this home. When I requested someone call me about my complaints all I received was texts and emails back. I finally had the property manager talk with me on the phone and she did agree with me this home was not kept up with and is very dirty and she refused to keep managing it after seeing it for the first time just before our stay. I requested a partial refund at the very least but apparently that’s on the home owner and know one has gotten back to me. Again, I can take a lot, I have stayed in some crappy hotels In the past but I spent a lot to stay here and the expectations of the photos were what I am going off of. Just know what your getting.

I would not stay here again

While the house was ok (it's a rental so its showing its age and heavy use) the neighborhood is terrible. We stayed 5 nights and had to call the police twice because of super loud ridiculous parties. The first night we should have called the police, they did not stop partying till 4:30am but we weren't sure who to call. I emailed the owner the next day and they gave us the number for security. The next night the partying continued and we called security around midnight, this did not stop the party so we called again and and they called the police. The next two nights they were partying but around midnight quieted down. Our last night they were so loud the toddlers in our group were crying because they were scared of the noise. The big kids could not swim in the pool because of the ridiculousness they could see and hear outside. You couldn't even clearly hear the TVs in our house because it was so loud. We called security but they said since it was before 10pm they would not do anything. We tried to explain the extreme nature of the party but they would not intervene so they called the police again instead. We were scared the whole time we were here because of the neighbors. We were scared of retaliation, scared that their wild parties were going to get out of hand, scared because of the amount of intoxicated people around us. I have never stayed anywhere as loud and unruly as this. The parking fits a max of 3 cars but people had cars parked everywhere. It was like driving a gauntlet going down the street with cars everywhere. The community pool is not in this neighborhood. You have to leave this security gate, drive across the street and go through another security gate to get to the big pool. The security gate is a joke and inconvenient. You have to scan your ID and talk to an agent any time the gate is down, which was usually during the day, which takes a lot of time and causes backups. Sometimes the gate closes after each car, sometimes it let's 2 or 3 cars through. But at night, when everyone is partying, the gate is just left open for anyone to go through. no security at all. So while the house is a good size and mostly ok I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you are ok with extremely loud parties all around you every night.

security gates have long lines

The house was nice and accommodated our group of mixed ages well - it was great having the pool. However, the coffee pot for the coffee maker was missing when we arrived along with no can opener. There was an issue with the dryer as well - we called maintenance but they never showed. My 17 year old daughter laid on the bunk bed and it broke - she only weighs 120lbs so it must have already been broke. We did report that to maintenance too. The security gates are what really would deter us from staying here again. The wait to get into the neighborhood was sometimes upwards of 30-40 minutes! Numerous cars would trail one another to get through the gate at the same time - not safe and really defeats the purpose of the security gate and monitoring who comes in and out. We were told only 2-3 cars permitted at the house but we witnessed 5-8 cars at numerous homes with large parties.

Nice house

Overall, we have enjoyed staying at your house. The house is spacious and clean,( althought it needs a carpet cleaning especially the staircase). Nice neighborhood with close distance to stores and major atractions .
