This 4-bedroom, 3-bath townhome in Storey Lake gives a group of up to 10 about 1,914 square feet across two floors, 12 to 18 minutes by car from the Walt Disney World parks. Two of the four bedrooms were decorated for kids, and they change how the trip starts: one is covered by a full-wall mural of classic Mickey sketches, with red Mickey bedding, framed prints and blackout curtains for the afternoon nap that saves the evening at the park; the other is painted in navy and white and hung with acrylic panels of Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld and Universal, plus a Walt Disney quote on the wall. The King suite has its own bathroom with a bathtub, and the Queen bedroom sits on the ground floor, just off the entry, for grandparents or anyone who would rather not climb stairs after twelve hours on their feet. Out back, the screened pool is walled and private, so the little ones can swim while dinner comes together in the kitchen and someone else reads in the shade of the covered lanai. The washer and dryer inside the home mean you pack lighter and fly back with clean clothes.

Storey Lake is a gated community in Kissimmee with 24-hour access control, built around a lake with sidewalks connecting the houses to the two clubhouses. The Walt Disney World parks are 12 to 18 minutes by car, Universal Orlando 20 to 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 20 to 25 minutes. A Walmart sits 6 to 10 minutes away for groceries and supplies, and the Vineland Outlets are 10 to 15 minutes out. The streets inside are quiet and residential.
The community sits on the 192 East corridor, which keeps the drive to the Disney area short and direct, and free parking is available on site in front of the house. Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and the outlets are all within a 30-minute drive, so one rental car covers the whole trip. Rideshare works well in the area for guests who prefer not to drive, and the gate is staffed around the clock.
