You have a large Publix supermarket, restaurants and takeaways within minutes of the community at Berry Town Center located next to Highlands Reserve.

Calabay Parc is close to Interstate 4 which is the main Florida highway that runs from Tampa to Daytona and gives easy access to the Gulf Coast (Clearwater) and Atlantic Coast (Cocoa Beach) beaches which are about an hour away.

You have exclusive access to all rooms and aspects of our home.

Other things to note
This property is self-service-- meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.

Upon arrival, we will supply you with 6 rolls of toilet paper, 2 x trash bags, 2 x detergent and dishwasher pods and a roll of kitchen paper.

Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit at the time of booking with some of these supplies if you wish.

Pool and Spa heating can be added to your booking. It will cost $40 per night plus taxes

The BBQ can be rented for $20 per day (minimum 5 nights)

Electric car charging is not allowed at this home.

Please confirm at point of reservation, extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
