  • 3 beds 2 bath with private pool + water view! Located in a quiet neighborhood with security patrol. The neighborhood also offers a community pool, tennis court and playground within walking distance. Absolutely no pets allowed.

    We are located only 5 miles from Disney Parks, Universal, outlet malls and amazing restaurant options.

    Private screened in pool for the family to enjoy.

    The space
    - Private home with central air conditioning and heat
    - Ample dinning and entertainment seating for 6 guests
    - Private pool included with your stay with optional heating (Heating is optional with a daily fee of $25 discounted for longer stays. This can be for select days or your entire stay. Please inquiry for more information)
    - Garage game room with air hockey and ping pong table
    - Roku Streaming on TVS in each room with Hulu LIVE TV included
    - Fast wifi for streaming or remote work
    - Starter amenities provide (Dish soap, bath, paper towels)
    - Charcoal and propane grill for your use

    The home has a private driveway which will comfortably fit 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. There is street parking for extra vehicles if needed in front of the home. Front door access is provided with electronic coded security deadbolt.

    Home is equipped with exterior security video monitoring(Rear door/pool and front door).
    Pets are allowed with a pet cleaning charge per pet prior to booking. Homes are deep cleaned after pet stays to ensure we are hypoallergenic

We had a wonderful stay at the Den! We loved having our own pool and the kids loved the games in the garage too. The home was very comfortable and well stocked with necessities. The hosts were very responsive as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. This is a beautiful property, excellent for a quiet relaxing vacation. The pool was fantastic! The host was responsive. The kitchen was well stocked…maybe salt and pepper shakers could be added. The place was spotless!

This house was super clean, great set up for a family, and a really quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Quick drive to Disney and universal studios. Restaurants and grocery close by. Pool was excellent for the kids swimming and the wildlife in the lake was so cool to have around and watch while hanging by the pool. I would stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and as expected based off listing. We had everything needed for a family of 5 (3 kids-ages 15, 13 and 9, along with 2 adults) to stay. Everything in the house/appliances worked without issue. The kids loved swimming in the pool. There were lots of birds and wildlife in the pond out back. The pool area was quiet and peaceful. The property is in a great/convenient location. The owner or property manager notified us that the house temperature was above a certain threshold and had someone come out right away to fix the AC. Great communication from them. Very impressed with the service and experience we had. Thank you!

Great place for families visiting the area. Easy to drive to all the parks. Plenty of food and shopping very close by. Quiet neighborhood. House is well stocked with activities for the kids, pool, board games, Ping pong and air hockey, tvs in all rooms. Highly recommend.

Peace away from the hustle and bustle

Great location. Close to all the attractions, but nestled in a cozy neighborhood. Wildlife and pond make the setting wonderful. And the amenities were awesome.
