While the rooms were adequate and it was nice having bathrooms in many rooms, several things were noted: the carpet on the stairs is dirty and worn in places that could be a tripping hazard and the hand rail needs painting; the game room is a converted garage and the AC unit did not work (someone did come to look at it but it was never fixed during our stay); several game pieces were missing (that were eventually provided) and 2 games were not functioning and unable to be used during our stay, but because of no AC, the room was rarely able to be used; there was inadequate parking available for a home that is supposed to sleep 39. We were told that extra designated parking would be available with9in the resort and also at the club house but one of our guests was towed and charged 250 to get the car-the excuse is that there are signs posted that say do not park there after 11 (which there are) and it's the resort rule, even though there was a visible visitor sticker in the window-very frustrating when it was implied the club house parking was an option if necessary; one of the dishwashers had an issue (a repairman came and had to order a part); we had to ask for additional towels which did get delivered; there is adequate seating but the furniture is not comfortable - metal chairs with no cushion, etc; the pool and patio is nice, although one of the fan remotes was missing and that, too, had to be ordered. No ordered items were replaced during our stay.
