Une maison agréable, confortable et distinctif, ce troisième étage condo est certainement une escapade parfaite pour les voyageurs d'affaires et les touristes.

Vous ne voudrez plus jamais de séjourner dans un hôtel! Le salon est spacieux, le rendant parfait pour un voyage de groupe ou une grande réunion de famille, avec accès Internet sans fil, beaucoup de jeux de société et d'une télévision 65 "à écran plat.

La cuisine gastronomique est entièrement meublé, à vous de choisir quand manger et quand manger à l'extérieur.

La chambre principale a un lit king de luxe avec un surmatelas. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un nouveau lit Queen de haute qualité, et une troisième chambre accueille deux lits avec matelas à mémoire confortables. Toutes les chambres ont leurs propres téléviseurs à écran plat afin que chacun puisse avoir leur propre espace en cas de besoin. La tanière confortable dispose d'un canapé-lit et fait que ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.

Avec une cuisine entièrement approvisionné et un grand balcon pour profiter du soleil de la Floride, vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter.

Vista Cay Resort est juste à côté de l'Orange County Convention Center, et à moins de 15 minutes de tous les grands parcs à thème, y compris SeaWorld, Universal Studios et Walt Disney World.

Great Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect location if you have business at the Convention Center. It is just around the corner and much more affordable if you have several people staying. We had a 3br 2bath and it was perfect. I recommended this location to several other companies showing at the Convention center and they were very happy with the rooms, location, and easy check in process.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was ideal very close to all major theme parks, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy the extra sense of security as it is a gated community. The apartment will not disappoint, spacious enough for children to run around and adults not to be crowded. Two major positives: large screen TV in the main room and very comfortable beds and pillows. Clean, provided essential material such as trash bags, soap, etc. the little things that you forget to pack. Just as important was the hassle free , keyless environment that allowed us to get in and out without having to chase a key or look for management; after long travel all you want is to get into your place. We will be back, as this is our tradition a three generation trip during the Holidays.

Perfect for Universal

We have stayed at Vista Cay before. I appreciated that this unit had coffee and filters for the first morning, detergent for dishwasher and one laundry detergent. I find it’s much easier to come and go at Vista Cay without all the parking and lines of a hotel check-in. It makes for a more relaxing trip to Orlando. This unit was clean, quiet and we had no issues. I did notice dust accumulation under the master bed, but that is just part of short term rentals and fast cleaning. This unit is huge and can comfortably house two families. It was third floor and while I thought that was the top, there is actually a fourth floor. I did not hear footsteps above us. This building was newer than the other one we rented before.

It was well appointed & comfortable. The furniture was slightly lived in (which is to be expected), which is why we give a 4 out of 5 for this but 5 out of 5 for everything else.When we arrived it was very clean, checkin & checkout was very easy & working with Dennis was easy & very smooth.We stayed 17 nights & would definitely stay at this unit again.

Perfect for our trip to Universal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room and very nicely furnished and I love the hardwood floors throughout. It's very quiet. I really didn't hear noise from any other unit. It is close enough to restaurants and the grocery that you could walk, and if you turn left out of the development and drive ten minutes down the road you will reach Universal. Our plane left late on the day we were to check out, and Casiola was kind enough to give us passes to the pool and club house with a shower. There is a lovely waking pass around the lake and a nice workout facility. The club house and pool are incredibly clean. I think there is someone cleaning all day. I'd give it six stars on cleanliness!

The pool and game room were favorites of the kids, everyone had a TV and all rooms were very comfortable. What a great way to come home from the parks and have plenty of room to relax!

It was close to the convention center, only able to walk to our event. So a great location, pool was nice hot tub. Room for eight of us. Great communication between the management and the owners and ourselves. We loved staying there, it was beautiful. Close to restaurants on Universal Easley, we were able to get to Walgreens, Publix, everything we needed. We look forward to renting again in the future. Again thank you!
