Windsor Hills Resort is a gated community. Please have your welcome packet available, either printed or digitally, upon arrival. Resort security will provide an entry voucher.

Rental Agreement

All guests must sign our rental agreement via **DocuSign prior to check-in**.

Self-Catering Home

This is a self-catering vacation home, and guests are responsible for purchasing groceries, toiletries, and other supplies needed throughout their stay.

A complimentary starter supply is provided for your first day only and will not be replenished during the reservation.

Starter Supplies Include

* 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
* 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
* 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
* 2 garbage bags per bin
* 1 roll of paper towels
* 2 dishwasher pods
* 1 dish detergent
* 1 sponge

### Kitchen Essentials

Basic cookware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware are provided.

Please note that **seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not supplied**.

POOL & SPA HEATING

Pool and spa heating is optional and available seasonally.

* Optional heating is available **October through March for $45 per day**
* Heating must be purchased for the **entire stay**
* Heating must be requested at least **72 hours before arrival**
* Please allow **24–48 hours** for the water to reach the desired temperature
* The pool and spa share the same water system; therefore, spa heating requires pool heat
* Pool heating is **not available April through September**
* Heating effectiveness may vary when outdoor temperatures fall below **60°F**

Additional Pool Notes

* The pool is serviced every Monday and may be unavailable for up to 3 hours during service
* Pool heat does not reach traditional hot tub temperatures
* Spa jets circulate the water but may not produce strong bubbling action

* Grill rentals are available from local companies
* Any grilling must be done **on the grass and not on the patio**
