This was the worst experience I’ve had using VRBO. Some of the pictures on this listing are not of the property. Sauna, weight room, community pool and any resort amenities are NOT INCLUDED if booked through a third party and can not be purchased through the resort. The host was did not communicate in a timely manner. When we arrived there was a curtain rod down, it came out of the wall and it took 2 days to get it fixed. The door in the living room needs fixed, it is so hard to open and shut we used the bedroom door to access the pool area. That was not fixed. The air conditioning unit was leaking so bad there was water all over the floor upstairs and it took 5 days and 3 service calls to get that taken care of and when I told her is wasn’t fixed each time she was irritated with me saying “I will send them again to tend to you again…” like it was my fault or she was doing me the favor…..I ordered a grill I never received, there was a dead rat under the BBQ grill that took 5 days to get removed and it was not properly cleaned. She said she would compensate me for all MY trouble but she did not. The house itself was nice but the experience with the host and not getting the things fixed that needed taken care of made it not to enjoyable.
