Cette maison chaleureuse et accueillante de 7 chambres et 4 salles de bain s'Ć©tend sur 4 Ć©tages de chambres confortables avec des espaces de vie spacieux et ouverts et une cour arriĆØre privĆ©e entiĆØrement clĆ“turĆ©e. IdĆ©alement situĆ©e dans le sud d'OrlĆ©ans, la maison est Ć  quelques minutes des villages du Lower Cape de Chatham, Brewster et OrlĆ©ans. Une belle plage sur la pittoresque baie de Pleasant est juste en bas de la rue.

Une piscine oblongue unique de soixante pieds domine la cour arriĆØre et est complĆØtement privĆ©e. Les cours avant, latĆ©rales et arriĆØre se dĆ©roulent sur une acre, abondantes de jardins et remplies de fleurs pour profiter.

La cuisine dispose d'un grand Ć®lot avec des comptoirs en granit, une cuisiniĆØre Viking, des appareils Ć©lectromĆ©nagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable et une table de ferme franƧaise franƧaise qui peut accueillir confortablement un grand groupe.

Une immense terrasse extĆ©rieure en acajou jouxte un sauna en cĆØdre pour 5 personnes et une douche extĆ©rieure de style baril en acajou intelligemment conƧue. Un grand bain Ć  remous complĆØte les Ć©quipements de type complexe. Un barbecue Ć  gaz Weber Genesis et un foyer extĆ©rieur ainsi qu'un assortiment gĆ©nĆ©reux de chaises longues en peluche et de multiples parapluies font de `` traĆ®ner prĆØs de la piscine '' une expĆ©rience Ć©quivalente Ć  celle de n'importe quel hĆ“tel cinq Ć©toiles. (Remarque: le grand bain Ć  remous est uniquement disponible hors saison.)

Deux des sept chambres sont en suite, une autre est trĆØs grande et dispose d'un coin salon confortable avec tĆ©lĆ©vision. Les quatre salles de bains ont toutes des douches, et deux des salles de bains ont Ć©galement une baignoire, une avec jacuzzi (voir les descriptions complĆØtes ci-dessous).

La salle de jeux / chambre en sous-sol peut accueillir 6 personnes dans deux lits doubles et deux lits simples. Ici, les enfants (et les adultes) ont un endroit spĆ©cial pour se dĆ©tendre avec une tĆ©lĆ©vision connectĆ©e et une petite scĆØne pour organiser des spectacles!.

This house was a great fit for our family get-together. The kitchen was a cook's delight! It was well-stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for all of us, along with an assortment of pots, pans, and kitchen accessories. The large table in the kitchen allowed us to eat together and play games/puzzles. There was plenty of room in the house so we weren't on top of each other. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

My family and I were so pleased with this beautiful house! Tucked away on a lovely landscaped and private lot, In ground pool, sauna and outdoor shower were perfect for staying home with the three babies. The bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate full sized cribs. The Huge farm table in the kitchen allowed us to have a big family dinner every night. We had a BBQ and sat by the fire pit and stared at the sky with a million stars. Absolutely epic vacay in a perfect cape house! I recommend this house to anyone with a large party of guests who just want to relax! Jeff is a great host and answers texts immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful family home with comfortable gathering spaces for our extended family. We enjoyed the pool and deck areas every day as we had great weather, but the indoor spaces are equally appealing and accomdating. Our host was welcoming and responsive. We had a great week!

17 of us stayed in Jeff's home and it was perfect for our family reunion with family aged 17-90. The best part was the huge well stocked kitchen and the beautiful outdoor space with a pretty pool and lots of seating. Jeff was super responsive and pleasant and easy to deal with. We had a fun day doing Art's Dune Tour in Provincetown and lobster rolls at Day's Deli nearby. Highly recommend.

Perfect venue and layout for our large extended family with each family group having their own area and bathroom and the teen boys in the bunk room. Great central location to explore the Cape and your dog can explore worry free in the large fenced in yard. Pool also got a lot of use. The A/C unit for the bunk room failed during our stay but owner had a new unit delivered within hours and we just hooked it up since install was easy.

We loved Jeff and Mary's place! Booked for a Cape bachelorette party and knew the weather might be iffy so we wanted some place cozy. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures, with comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen. And entertaining ready with a stereo system, a beautiful patio, and large tvs. Jeff is very prepared with check-in materials and super communicative. Totally recommend their place!

This was our annual girls weekend usually around 20 or so, this year a bit less at 16. The house was perfect for our gathering. Huge, lovely well appointed kitchen was perfect for all of us to prep, cook and serve together. Also clean up was quick with all the sink and dishwasher options. The bedrooms are well thought-out and the decor throughout is beautiful. The living room is so cozy and comfy for all to gather. The deck with its sauna, hot tub tables chaises and chairs was perfect as we had unseasonably warm weather! We still managed a fire in the fire pit at night which was beautiful as well. Bathrooms were beautiful and more than enough for all of us. The girls loved the karaoke machine in the basement...much fun and laughs ensued. Jeff could not have been a nicer host bringing us a gorgeous flower arrangment for the front hallway to greet us on arrival and wine at the ready on the island as well as dropping off two delicious local bakery coffee cakes which everyone loved. This was a memorable and relaxing weekend for all...thank you Jeff and Mary for your hospitality! We will be back.

We had a large group that stayed at the house over a long weekend. We ended up staying in due to the weather and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and many things to do. Really clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

We had 14 ppl age 2-75 and there were a lot of great things about the house: check in was easy and the owner Jeffrey let us check in early. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with the entire time! The house has a big kitchen for family dinners, a big sitting room, a tv room that we made a playroom, a big pool (not heated), a hot tub which we used a bunch, outdoor shower and a fun karaoke stage in the basement. The deck was great for dinners and we used the grill and fire pit. One room is very small- just fits a bed and a dresser. Itā€™s also the only one on the first floor. The downstairs ā€œkids roomā€ ended up not working out because the bunk beds donā€™t have rails, the big kids hit their heads because they are up so high, and the downstairs also has a furnace room and a garage, neither of which can be locked, which didnā€™t work for our very curious 3 and 4yos. The top floor bedrooms are also railroad style so you have to walk through one to get to the other/the bathroom which wasnā€™t ideal. I think showing a floor plan would help this listing. This is our third summer on the cape all together and the other two houses we stayed in had a garage full of fun - bikes, kayaks, toys, etc. this house didnā€™t come with anything (inc beach towels) which was hard as we flew in. Itā€™s also between 2 main roads which made running/walking challenging. Canā€™t walk to beaches but close drive to everything else! We wonā€™t stay again but would def work for others!

What a beautiful and welcoming home that so many people were able to enjoy making so many wonderful family memories there together! It was like a precious gem that was secluded and private like itā€™s own compound. It was like a retreat with all the amenities like the pool and sauna and hot tub and so many living spacesā€¦to read, lounge or enjoy playing a game. So grateful to have enjoyed spending time there with others enjoying every detail of the property providing anything and everything to make an unmistakable memory for all that were there. The home felt like it was a welcoming warm hug the moment you walked up the front path to the front door. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming. This is the first vrbo I have rented that is actually larger than it looks online. A true "10"

12 friends had a fabulous time escaping to this beautiful home. Everything from the kitchen to the sauna was well-used and much-enjoyed. Having a soaking tub and also whirlpool tubs inside and outside? Glorious. Everything was precisely as advertised, and when we had a question, the owner was extremely responsive and courteous. We were delighted with our experience and hope to come back again!

We had 22 family members at out reunion ranging in age from 3-80. The house had plenty of space for everyone both when we gathered as a group and when people wanted private time. The pool was a big hit with lots of space for swimming and game playing. The kitchen worked well for preparing meals for 22 and the deck was a great place to eat. Hope to return next year

This was such a gorgeous house in a great location so close to the beach, restaurants and plenty of adventures. The property manager was so wonderful to work with giving very detailed information on the property and even recommendations for some great local places to visit. We had a wonderful stay over the Chirstmas holidays. It was a family vacation with my siblings, our partners, children, and dogs. The setup is great for big families with an awesome large space in the basement for the kids. The common space and kitchen are fantastic. We loved the fireplace especially during the festive season. And we also loved having the hot tub and sauna for the adults. It is a great location near many pretty beaches where we could walk the dogs and enjoy the environment. Owner was very responsive when we had an extrememly minor issue with the heat and helped us get it fixed right away.

I have rented many properties over the years for large family reunions, and this was the best. Very comfortable and well-appointed without feeling stuffy or like you are walking on eggshells. Warm, welcoming and the best equipped kitchen -- including 2 dishwashers and an amazing array of cooking equipment. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. I recommend without hesitation!
