"Like: courtesy and customer service of all the staff 🤩👌 Did not like: Hall floor and elevator floor not clean. Kitchen not well equipped (no chopping block, no large knives and no scisors etc). No such thing as daily housekeeping: missing toilet paper, towels, milk, no bedsheets changed, no vacuum or cleaning in the room although we stayed 5 nights and paid 300$/night! The staff compensated nicely and promptly but we always had to ask… No mountain views from our room but a street view, plus the bar being just below our window, it was loud some evenings. In conclusion, for the price paid, we were disappointed. But the staff at Ramada … just WOW 🤩 A1 ✨🌟✨ "
