« I had to call the receptionist every morning at 5AM as there was constant thumping on the floor above. The receptionist told me, the suite above has 4 kids therefore, thats why the thumping is happening. Well- have 3 kids myself and my youngest being 3, so this caused a chaos for my 3 year old who was awoken at 5am all THREE days of my stay. Not an apology or anything, just a simple "we are sorry". And I had to some how sleep through four kids jumping on the suite above. »

« Nice hotel, what you would expect from a Holiday Inn express. Nothing special but always clean always well maintained, with a nice bed and great pillows! Nice hot breakfast every morning with eggs and meat, self serve pancakes, cereal, and fruit. »

« While it was nice to have a full-size refrigerator, it is not a place to stay short-term if you are expecting some things included with a regular hotel room, such as a disposable cup. Check-in staff, first stated they could not check in any one early, however a new person 30 minutes later had no such issues. Commode overflowed due to flapper not closing. Had to get extra towels to soak up water, but had to go to desk as housekeeping staff was not willing to help. Mop issues, so extra towels...

« My senior citizen parents stayed here a few days while they visited for their grandson's high school graduation. They enjoyed the amenities and the friendliness of the staff. Thank you for taking good care of them! »

« The room/bathroom wasn’t very clean. The staff was good and the breakfast was fine. The bathrooms are very small. The location is very good. Access to several restaurants and gas stations. Overall not bad. »

« I waited close to 10 minutes at the front desk to check in because the front desk employee was sitting on the porch talking on her phone. She saw me walk in. She didn't come in until after a group of people came in together with their suitcases. She then kept yawning and wiping her eyes like she was too tired to check me in. I could not find an ice machine on the 2nd floor where my room was. I couldn't ask the front desk employee where it was because she was outside again, talking on her phone....

« Very friendly and helpful staff. Inside was nice and clean. Food was available to purchase and very helpful. »

« The room was clean but there was no way to turn down the AC. The staff also accidentally overcharged us, and although they did fix it when we brought it up, it did make me a bit nervous that my friend would not get their money back! Overall not bad, but not sure if I would go back. »
