„The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend.“

„I wanted to take my daughters away for a mountain get away for a girls trip and came upon Alice’s Queen Cottage and couldn’t believe such a unique place existed! It was perfect for my daughters and I and absolutely adorable! The attention to detail is spectacular and the decor is stunning! My daughters loved to see the animals and enjoyed feeding them and painting rocks. The host was amazing and my daughters said it was better than Disney World 🤣 we will definitely be returning to stay ...

„This is a great place to stay when visiting the Nantahala and surrounding area. The house was clean with nice quality towels, mattresses, and bedding. We felt very at home and loved the decor. Our teen boys enjoyed the separate outdoor room or man cave as they called it. We played pool and corn hole as well. Our evening ended with s’mores by the fire. We will definitely be back!“
