« We came for a family celebration and the condo was in a perfect location. Close to everything. Parking was great and NO issues with water pressure. We especially appreciated the 3 gallon water dispenser with the heat during the Labor Day weekend. This condo is all about location, location. We highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again. »

« This condo is perfect for 2! It’s in a quiet, security-gated complex with a courtyard pool. Very clean and plenty of amenities. We only had to walk about 5 minutes to find the nightlife and it’s a quick drive to the waterfront. »

« This condo was even better than the listing showed. It was a perfect place to return to after enjoying the day exploring all Lake Havasu has to offer. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bedrooms/two bathrooms. The patio offered a comfortable place to unwind, and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time and hope to return for another visit. »

Home has great amenities including plenty of chairs, games, fans in every room and everything is in great working order. Felt like home and we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Super responsive property manager. No issues and would highly recommend. »

« Simple, clean, comfortable, pretty quiet. A family enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, but I was able to swim laps in the morning. Only issue is the light switches for the main room/kitchen are on the far wall, and the switch next to the door doesn't do anything. The bathroom receptacle wasn't working, but I used one in the bedroom instead. »
