« Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access »

« Clean rooms, a bit old and the 3rd floor exterior did not have working locks but felt safe. My key didn't work the 2nd night but the front desk corrected right away. »

« Staff was nice. Property was clean and taken care of. Service was slightly lacking because front desk wasn't always there and at breakfast things ran out and didn't get refilled very quick...even 2 hours later they still hadn't brewed more coffee. Great place, just a little room to improve. »

« Reasonable rate for a very conveniently located hotel. We really enjoyed the stay, including the breakfast, hot tub, and pool! »
