« The front desk staff were fantastic and very helpful. Especially the valet, which was not easy with the construction of the new skyscraper and the transit system. The majority of the room was clean, but there was still some stains on the wall from a previous visitors stay. The shower was somewhat of an issue as well, due to water pressure. I don’t think that was the hotel’s fault though, but the construction situation. The restaurant was fantastic, but the waitress we had took very long times...
