Perfectly nice condo, in which everything was as described in the listing. As others have noted, the mattress on the main level is quite firm. We slept in the upstairs queen bedroom, with a softer mattress. Communication with the management company was easy.

Family Holiday

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and liked the condo. We appreciated having bedrooms and bathrooms on two floors. This gave some added privacy and space to the parents with an infant. There were a few glitches, which is why 4 rather than 5 stars. We really enjoyed the fireplace our first two nights, being without the last night was disappointing. That said, management was easily accessible and apologetic. We would definitely give it another try.

Absolutely wonderful.

Very nicely appointed and ideal location for walking to town. Staff was responsive and accomodating to all of our questions. One note- this is a third-floor unit with no elevator.

Condo fit our needs perfectly

Condo fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of kitchen ware to accommodate any food prep you might want to do. Also, plenty of bath towels and toiletries. The only thing that could have been done better was carpet/rug vacuuming, as there was dog hair and sequins in the carpet.

Beautiful place and views!

Lots of room; tastefully decorated; beautiful views all around. Loved being so close to the river walk trail as we love to walk, hike and just be outdoors. Plenty of places to hike, enjoy hot springs and of course shopping!

Within walking distance to hiking trails, hot springs, and shops and restaurants, the location was perfect for our girls getaway in Ouray. The view from the condo was outstanding, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Lots of kitchen items. No ice maker, but that’s personal preference. Three flights of stairs, but beautiful views! River is in walking distance.

Perfect stay in Ouray

I would come back with my famiy and stay here in a heartbeat. Great location. Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. My children enjoyed the puzzles and games. Something to consider- there are quite a few stairs to ascend to reach the condo. There is not an elevator.

Great Place to Spend Time with Family

We loved the location, which is a little ay out of town where the noise of Main Street is nonexistent. There is wildlife out the front door and off the back patio. We saw deer, chipmunks, many birds, and - yes- a bear without leaving the condo! We had two units on the same level which was perfect for our big family. We will be renting these again!

Lovely home and location

We had a great time staying at this property. It was in a really lovely location by the river, and close to town. The home is well stocked with cooking supplies, games, and little extras that made it special. Would definitely stay again.

Ouray's Perfect Getaway

The best vacation rental experience we have had to date (2 adults and 2 children). The condo was clean and spacius with everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved having their own rooms. The location is perfect and within walking distance of downtoan Ouray. We walked the 1-mile path around the river at least once a day. Loved it!

Beautiful place with lots to do within walking distance.

We loved our stay here, Ouray is absolutely beautiful. Only complaint would be that the main floor bed is a bit hard but that is subjective. The upstairs bed worked great for us.

Comfortable Ouray Stay

This condo was the perfect fit for our family. The beds were very comfortable and we had just enough room to spread out when we weren’t out adventuring. The host was quick to respond when we had a slight hiccup on the ac units, and it was a non-issue after the nice maintenance staff got it fixed. We tried keeping the windows open, but the amounts of gnats coming in through the screens was really gross. So, we were really thankful for the staff being so quick! Our kids loved the assortment of games and puzzles.
