„There was no room service the second day we stayed. Had to ask for clean towels. They did not clean the room or replace used soaps. We arrived early about 2:30 the first day and they did allow us to register early and that was nice. very noisy on first floor from guest on second floor. “

„Schönes, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Empfang. Leicht erreichbar, direkt am Hwy gelegen zwischen dem Canon de Chelly und dem Petrifield Nationalpark. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit viel frischem Obst. Snow Flake ist ein netter Ort mit vielen Restaurants. Einfach in der Rezeption nachfragen, die freundliche Dame berät gerne!“

„Cabin was great and was accurately described. Great layout for large families and kid friendly. Backyard was fenced and great for dogs. Smooth check-in and communication was great. “

„Amazing! VERY clean and cozy cabin. Kaydee is an amazing host! She’s quick to respond and the house is fully stocked with pretty much anything you could need. The cabin has a nice large back porch which we spent most of our time. The bison ranch community where this cabin is located is so cute and quiet! With a catch and release lake less than a five minute walk away. There’s a cute coffee shop Aztex coffee near by that’s delicious. Highly recommend. Already planning our next trip back. “

„The property owners are great, very nice and responsive. The cabin itself is nice, but just a few things might be worth noting. The house has a small window unit for AC only and it's located in the living room so the bedrooms really don't get air and that part of the cabin remains much hotter than the rest of the place. Also, it seems to be much better suited with a very small family. I had 5, plus my 2 large dogs and walking room felt sparce. Overall, still a great cabin. “

„The stay was for only one night. It was so nice and peaceful and comfortable. Just like staying at home. The only problem my husband and I had was trying to get the tv on Roku. We are older people and our children usually do this when we don’t understand. We finally figured it out after a little while. It would just be nice if there were instruction for older people like us to make it easier for us. „The cabin was very clean, the hot tub looked brand new, kitchen was stocked with everything you might need.Everything was great.....except the bed. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. An added mattress topper and some new pillows would make this a perfect place to stay.“

„We had a quick trip up north to visit some friends that moved out of the valley a few years ago and this place was perfect. Quiet area but close to amenities and resteraunts. Nice touches fornfuest like Coffee K-Cups, creamer, soap and shampoo provided. Parking was plentiful and easy which was great considering we had a kayak trailer in our party.“
