Relax in your own private, year-round hot tub at this comfortable Owensboro townhouse. Bluegrass Loft sleeps four with two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus a well-equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, and an exclusive fenced patio with outdoor seating and a grill. It’s an easy home base for couples, work trips, and visits with family.



The Space:

Both bedrooms have queen beds and TVs. The first-floor primary bedroom includes a large closet and a private full bathroom, while a second full bathroom gives everyone plenty of space to get ready.



Inside, high ceilings give the main living area a bright, open feel. The living room has a large sectional and TV, with the dining area and kitchen just steps away. The dining table seats four, and three barstools at the kitchen counter provide extra seating.



The kitchen is stocked for everyday cooking with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, pots and pans, cookware, dishes, utensils, a coffee maker and coffee essentials, a blender, kettle, slow cooker, baking sheet, and wine glasses. A stacked washer and dryer are also available for guest use.



A sliding door from the living room opens directly onto the exclusive fenced patio. Outside, you can relax in the private hot tub year-round, enjoy the outdoor seating, or cook on the grill with fuel provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire townhouse, including both queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, washer and dryer, and the exclusive fenced patio with hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating.



One assigned parking space is provided for the unit. Additional guest parking is available in the townhouse parking lot; please follow posted signs and parking instructions.



The Neighborhood:

Bluegrass Loft is located in The Courtyards, a residential townhouse community in Southeast Owensboro. The home is convenient to the Frederica Street corridor, putting groceries, restaurants, shopping, fitness facilities, and everyday essentials within a short drive.



Downtown Owensboro and the Ohio Riverfront are also easy to reach. Spend the day at Smothers Park, explore the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum, attend an event at the Owensboro Convention Center or Sportscenter, or enjoy the city's barbecue, parks, and cultural attractions.



Getting Around:

Bluegrass Loft is conveniently located near Frederica Street, with easy access to restaurants, groceries, downtown Owensboro, and the US 60 bypass. A car is recommended.
