Bienvenue à la Villa Tamarind, notre magnifique et luxueuse villa, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer de Caraïbes et Saint Bart. Notre maison présente une vue exceptionnelle, une grande intimité, un jardin tropical, ainsi que des installations de qualité qui sauront satisfaire les voyageurs les mieux avisés. Villa Tamarind est une propriété de près de 4,500 pieds carrés / 450 mètres carrés, dans un écrin tropical, qui vous offrira des espaces de vie spacieux et ouverts. Nos locataires ne se lassent jamais de la vue à 180 degrés, du calme et de la sérénité de notre maison.

-- ESPACE DE VIE --
Villa Tamarind offre un lieu de vie spacieux, permettant aux familles et aux groupes d'amis de partager d'agréables moments ensemble et de construire de nouveaux souvenirs ensemble, tout en permettant aussi à chacun de passer des moments seuls s'il le souhaite.

Notre propriété possède un large salon très aéré et avec une grande hauteur sous plafond, équipé de 3 ventilateurs, de baies coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur la terrace et la piscine, ainsi que d'un très grand canapé de style lounge. Il y a une TV Smart, connectée aà Netflix, pour vous permettre de profiter d;une soirée film ou de ne pas rater vos séries préférées. Le Wifi est aussi disponible dans toutes les pièces.

Nous avons également équipé notre villa, d'un haut-parleur JBL Xtreme auquel vous pourrez vous connecter en Bluetooth, ainsi que d'un Amazon Echo, afin que vous puissiez écouter votre musique préférée. Villa Tamarind vous propose aussi une excellente selection de livres, que nous sommes heureux de partager avec vous, y compris d'excellents livres de cuisine qui vous inspirerons peut être!


-- CHAMBRES ET SALLES DE BAIN --
Notre villa de luxe comporte 4 chambres climatisées, ainsi que 4 salles de bain, toutes équippées de leur propre douche. Trois des chambres offrent une vue sur la mer, avec de larges baies vitrées qui s'ouvrent sur des terraces ombragées et la piscine. La quatrième chambre offre une vue apaisante sur notre jardin tropical. Trois des quatres chambres sont equipées de matelas à mémoire de forme en bambou pour vous assurer des nuits fraîches et reposanntes. L'une des chambres est d'autant plus privée qu'on y accède par sa propre terrace. Notre maison est equipée de draps haut de gamme, de serviettes de bain et de plage, de sèche cheveux ainsi que de savon et de shampoing.


-- CUISINE ET SALLE À MANGER --
Notre cuisine ouverte est lumineuse et extrêmement bien équipé, y compris pour les gourmets. Que vous aimiez passer un mimimum de temps dans la cuisine durant vos vacances, ou bien que vous aimiez préparer un festin, vous trouverez tous ce dont vous aurez besoin dans notre cuisine. Couteaux de cuisine, robot Kitchen Aid, blender, grille-pain 4 tranches, lave-vaisselle, gasinière, grand choix de casseroles, de poêles, de plats, y compris pour la patisseries, etc. Nous sommes aussi heureux de mettre à votre disposition un garde manger bien garni.
L'île de Saint Martin abonde d'excellents restaurants, et, une fois votre réservation confirmée, nous partagerons avec vous notre selection des meilleurs endroits de l'île, y compris ceux qui sont des secrets bien gardés! Nous pouvons aussi vous mettre en relation avec d'excellents Chefs de cuisine, que ce soit pour un seul repas ou pour toute la semaine.

Villa Tamarind offers two dining options. There is an inside dining table, which seats 6 as well as a covered al fresco teak dining table outside above the pool deck, which seats 8.

Villa Tamarind is equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer, which you may use at your convenience.


-- OUTDOOR SPACE --
Almost 20 years ago, we fell in love with the views and knew our guests would absolutely love them too. Take in the vista and enjoy the Caribbean trade winds while you lounge on one of our comfortable sun beds or take a dip in our generous pool.
Outside the sea view bedrooms as well as the living room, the roof is extended, providing lovely shaded terraces, overlooking the pool. The layout of the Villa is designed to make the most out of the fantastic view of the Caribbean Sea, Guana Bay and Saint Barts, as well as the sea breeze that provides natural cooling.
For many of our guests, vacations rhyme with outdoor cooking! Villa Tamarind is equipped with a Weber Charcoal Barbecue as well as a custom-built wood-fired pizza oven. If you feel like a piazzaiolo, this is your chance and we will happily provide you with some firewood, to get it up and running!


-- LOCATION --
Our property is located in exclusive Tamarind Hill, on a beautiful hillside overlooking the crystal waters of the Caribbean Sea and Saint Barts. Tamarind Hill is a safe and secure gated community, with 24/7 security.

Not only is our home ideal for a super relaxing stay, it is also close to the best the island has to offer, situated just a few minutes away from the border. Here are a few distances to give you an idea of how central our villa is: Philipsburg 10 minutes; Orient Beach 15 minutes; Grand Case 20 minutes; Simpson Bay 25 minutes.

Tamarind Hill has its own quasi-private beach, called Gibbs Bay, which can be accessed on foot or by car, without leaving the community. It is a beautiful wild beach (no facilities), which in calm waters is a good snorkeling spot, with the reef coming almost all the way to shore. Yet, Sint Maarten has so many beaches, which are all worth visiting, 37 of them! Villa Tamarind’s location also allows you to take gorgeous morning walks throughout the community and all the way to Guana Bay and onwards if you wish.

At Villa Tamarind, our objective is to ensure you will have an unforgettable experience, which we know starts long before you arrive. We will help you plan an amazing stay.

Our lovely and experienced property manager lives close to Villa Tamarind. She will help you have the vacation of a lifetime, starting with a complimentary meet and greet upon arrival at your car rental agency allowing for a completely stress-free arrival! She will then escort you to the Villa and help you become familiar with our home and its amenities. She is highly knowledgeable about the island and will be more than happy answer any of your questions or make tailored recommendations.

If you wish to start enjoying your vacation the moment you land, we highly recommend pre-provisioning and for your selected groceries to be put away. How nice to arrive and to open a cold beer!

Our fantastic housekeeper will prepare the Villa for your arrival and will also come to the house, once per week, to refresh it.

Our pool is professionally cleaned twice a week.

Sint Maarten is usually best explored with a car and all beaches offer easy parking. However, if you prefer not to drive, we can recommend a fantastic driver who offers 24/7 VIP service for a reasonable rate.

We’ve put together a comprehensive "Welcome Book", which contains very valuable information about our Villa and the island, including recommendations about beaches, restaurants, excursions and more.

For our guests traveling with children younger than 3 years old, we provide a Phil and Ted travel crib, which will be set up before your arrival and placed in the bedroom of your choice. For our younger guests, we provide a selection of children books as well as a few toys, which our property manager will be happy to place in one of the bedrooms upon request.
