« Walking in the Lobby is impressive. Check in was quick and efficient. After that things went downhill. Rugs in the room were dirty and stained, there was garbage in the furniture and nothing could make a/c work. The room was +23 when we checked in. Called an engineer who pushed buttons and said should be fine. Temp went to 25. Called again. Their suggestions were to open window. (Temp outside was even hotter), close the curtains and then they brought a fan which just blew hot air.
