„Sarah is super responsive! The place was furnished and equipped to perfection, it had everything anyone could possibly need. Very view from the property was spectacular!! The hiking trail was absolutely amazing and a perfect way to kick off every morning with the dogs. I’m not sure who liked it more, me or the dogs! We also managed to see the July 4th fireworks show from the property which was an added bonus. Not just pet friendly, but super pet accommodating with extra dog bowls and ...

„Location of property was great. Had a beautiful view of the valley from the front porch. House was very clean and the host was very helpful. Had mule deer, 2 fox every night come on the property. The water was shut off for about 4 hrs on our last day due to city making repairs on main line. The only complaint I have is there was no TV in the living area. The TV was located on the second floor and I’m not able to climb stairs. Overall I’m very pleased with the rental of this house. “

„Pagosa and the cabin were just perfect. Dinners outside enjoying the sunset and hummingbirds. Very quiet and peaceful! Our family enjoyed the pool table and played mahjong on the patio! The cabin was perfect for adult children! We cooked many meals on the grill and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will be back! Pagosa has so much to do from golf, to tubing down the river and many great restaurants. Thanks for a great time! “

„Lovely location within walking distance to Hatcher Lake and close to many hiking trails. Property is nice and we were pleased overall. There is too much carpet throughout, including in bathrooms, and tub on main level has rust spots on base so we didn't feel comfortable using it. Definitely needs to be replaced. Kitchen was well stocked, including oil sprays, some spices, cooking utensils, etc.“

„This cabin was a perfect getaway for our three families. It was very clean and everything worked out great. It is quiet and secluded. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck and enjoying the wildlife and the scenery. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would come back here again if we ever stay in the area.“
