This was our second time to stay here, it is a great place just far enough away from town for peace and quiet, but close enough to get into Pagosa quickly.

We have been using short term rentals for a long time and this one may have been the best overall experience from booking, facility, communication. The cabin was outstanding for local, furnishings, and amenities. Would 100% stay here again.

Elegant home in lovely location

We were very pleased with Liberty Lodge. It was well furnished, clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. We slept in the guest room queen bed and it was very comfortable. Although you can see other houses they are not too close so it is very private.

Beautiful cabin in the mountains

We have enjoyed our getaway to this beautiful log cabin in the mountains. This house nestled in the trees with beautiful snow and pine trees all around and a warm fire in the wood stove is exactly what we were looking for. The house is very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat-in. We also enjoyed being close enough to town for shopping and dining out. This is an excellent spot for a mountain getaway, we hope to come back!

Excellent property

This was a very well decorated and stocked home. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it. The only thing we would have liked is an umbrella or awning on the back deck. It is in a beautiful setting but gets full sun most of the day so it was too sunny and hot to sit out there for long, at least for us.

A Real Treat

Located far enough in the pines to be serene and beautiful, and close enough for easy access to town. This home is magnificent in every respect --- well cared for, well stocked. The property management team followed up promptly on a couple of questions we had on arrival. A great experience all the way around. We'll be back!

Amazing Stay

Walking in after a long drive, this place exceeded our expectations! It was amazingly clean, organized, and very ‘Colorado’. Our family was blessed to rest here and had plenty to do in Pagosa Springs, along with the relaxing at the cabin. The neighborhood was nice and spread out, so it was a great set up for privacy. We will be back!

Family Cabin Trip

This cabin was incredible! I grew up coming to Pagosa Springs and have always loved all the beautiful cabins in the area. This cabin did not disappoint. From the location, to the cleanliness, to the warm feeling you got when you walked in, my family and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very well equipped and very comfortable. My kids loved the loft area and exploring the property outside. If you are looking for a beautiful quiet getaway I would highly recommend this cabin. We will definitely be back!

Super clean beautiful, quiet mountain cabin

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location was great and just a quick drive to town for shopping, hot springs and food. It was just far enough away to feel like we were out of town, away from people and amongst nature. We saw tons of baby and mama deer and turkeys. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds and radiant floors were super comfortable and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Victor was super accommodating and checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. We would love to come back for another girls trip or our anniversary retreat to Pagossa again soon.

Quiet, peaceful place

Stayed over the 4th of July. Super location, 5 minutes off the main road means privacy. Quiet neighborhood, great deck to watch the stars, satellites and planes at night. Deer, Magpies and squirrels galore. House was clean overall and bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were nice as expected. Communication was great. We will be back!

Vigil Ice Fishing Trip

The Liberty Lodge provided all that was needed for a 3 night stay for our ice fishing crew. There was plenty of room in all of the bedrooms, a great kitchen and dining area, and the Loft was perfect on NFL Sunday when we were snowbound. For future guests it might serve well to have a snow shovel and ice melt during the winter months. Jedd was a great host answering all of questions promptly. Dave V.

Property was as advertised. Nice and clean and all amenities were available. Only glitch was understanding how to handle the trash. It needs to be clearer for the guest. Instructions did not match the reality of access to trash cans.

Great For Families!

This cabin was perfect for our family of four for a few days stop on our road trip. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs with an open loft (twin bed too) upstairs. It was spacious and had a well stocked kitchen and small bbq on the back deck. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to town but tucked back a little ways on a gravel road. We stayed in August and had no trouble keeping cool at night with the windows open and extra box fans. Management was excellent; checking in with us when we arrived and during our stay to see if we needed anything. Best experience we’ve had with a VRBO property. We would definitely stay here again!

Liberty Lodge

This is an amazing home in Pagosa Springs! My family of 4 visited Pagosa Springs and had such a great time. The house was very clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, if you decide to make a meal for your family. We ate most of our meals at the house. Amazing location, close to all the activities we wanted to do in and around Pagosa Springs. I love that wild turkeys and deer walk around the yard. I was at the kitchen window one morning and a mama deer and her two babies walked right by the window. It was so exciting to see! We watched hummingbirds fly up to flowers planted in the back yard. Itrip checked with us the first day we arrived to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this home, if you are looking for a place to stay in Pagosa Springs.

Clean, comfy, & great location.

This place is in a beautiful location. I wanted a “cabin in the woods” and this was exactly it. The home is super clean. We all loved the jetted tub after long days of hiking. The rental company was communicative and friendly. The only thing we were not super happy with was the policy to replace wine, hot chocolate, and coffee that was provided. My husband popped open a bottle of wine without looking at the fridge first and didn’t see the “You use it, you replace it” paper. We didn’t use the coffee and hot chocolate like we wanted to after seeing that. It just doesn’t make much sense to us to provide something for guests and expect them to replace it (especially being in the listing pictures, as that makes it seem complimentary). We’ve never stayed at a rental that does that. Just a heads up for future renters! Spending the evenings watching shooting stars and satellites alongside the Milky Way was dreamy. This place is truly in a beautiful location and the cabin is comfy and clean.

Our stay at this beautiful cabin in Pagosa Springs was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and the cabin’s charming rustic elegance. Nestled amidst the serene Colorado wilderness, this place truly offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. The cabin itself was immaculately clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. The interior was cozy and welcoming, with warm wooden accents, comfortable furnishings, and all the modern amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and we loved sipping our coffee each morning on the deck while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. What really set this cabin apart, though, was its proximity to nature. We spent our days hiking nearby trails, soaking in the hot springs, and even took a scenic drive to the nearby Wolf Creek Pass. At night, the starry skies were absolutely mesmerizing — it felt like we were worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hosts were incredibly attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. They provided us with great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities, and their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for the perfect mountain getaway, this cabin in Pagosa Springs is a must! Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, it offers the best of both worlds. We can’t wait to come back and experience this little slice of heaven again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a magical retreat in Colorado!
