« Hélas nous n'avons pas pu effectuer ce séjour,faute à une hospitalisation en urgence d'un des participants.Le propriétaire ayant refusé un report sur des dates disponibles nous avons donc annulé ce voyage. « Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :) »

« Very happy with our chalet the only problem we had was connecting to the internet but that was soon sorted via messaging our host. Possibly it might have been nice for a little tray of teabags coffee n long life milk to have been supplied for a cuppa after our long journey but other than that all good. »

« Beautiful location and view from outside the room, sat on the bench outside most evenings to take it in. Property clean and modern, excellent facilities. »

« The property was in a lovely quiet position but did feel the shop should have been open whilst people were on site because of its location. When we arrived the sofa still had some sand on, there are cobwebs in bedroom windows and some kitchen utensils were not too clean. We really enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed whilst there. Would recommend. »

« Weve just had a remarkable stay in Dartmouth made perfect by the accommodation we booked the chalet had everythig you. needed comfortable beds all utensils to make a meal we were very comfortable and it was lovely to come back to at night It was very peaceful and there was quite a few of us but we werent disturbed once Would we book again definitely. « Clean tidy everything we needed was there all staff very polite and helpful only down side was there was just 2 chairs but no sofa but wasn’t really that bothered as we were out a lot »

« On opening the door the smell of damp and mould hit you the beds where soo damp utensils in kitchen draw were mouldy there was no hot water in kitchen and the shower had no hot water ,there were no batteries in the dvd remote so could not use it so all in all stay was not good in fact we came home early as we had had enough we could not contact the owner as there was no WiFi on site and the mobile number he had given was incorrect »

« We stayed in the newly launched chalets (2023) and had a wonderful mini break. The accommodation was perfect for our needs (2 adults 3 children) and the location was brilliant. It was great to re-discover Brixham. The site is right on the coast (albeit a steep climb back up!) and the walk along the coastal path to Brixham was just lovely. »

« Sonachon house is now under new owners Leanne and Aaron. They were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with full English, cereals, toast, and yoghurt on offer. They also provide some towels for the beach as well as free loan of bucket and spades.There is a spacious communal lounge which was really nice to relax in over a cup of coffee. Rooms were clean and nice ensuite shower room. Aaron tells me that he is planning to offer fishing trips next year for guests. A most enjoyable...
